Germaine's Luau is the perfect place to kick off your shoes and go native. Germaine's "Too Good To Miss" Luau is dedicated to sharing the ohana (family) feeling at this authentic, backyard-style luau.
After receiving a traditional shell lei and a warm aloha, the call of the conch shell beckons you to an all-you-can-eat Hawaiian/American buffet, complete with island cocktails like mai tais and blue Hawaiis. Feast on Kalua pig, poi, fried chicken, teriyaki beef, and more delicious island and continental dishes. The luau dates back to 1856, and Germaine's stays true to many of those early traditions. The feast itself is called the ahaaina, and includes the imu ceremony for removing the roast pig from its cooking pit.
