The Statue of Liberty is one of the most recognized landmarks in the world, symbolic of all the values that have come to represent the United States. This ferry ticket gives you access to both Liberty and Ellis Island. Please note that access to the Pedestal and Crown of the Statue of Liberty is not included with your Pass. If you wish to view those parts of the statue, you will need to pay an additional charge and reservations are required since space is limited.

On this excursion, you’ll have the opportunity to marvel at the Statue of Liberty, a national monument given to the United States as a token of goodwill from France in 1886 thanks to the original idea of Edouard de Laboulaye. Laboulaye saw the country as an international beacon of hope for having abolished slavery after the Civil War. The Statue of Liberty now stands as an international symbol of freedom and democracy, giving particular comfort to Americans and pride to New Yorkers in the post-September 11th era.
