It seems like lots of great events have already taken place in the city – and they have – but there are plenty more to go. Here are a few San Diego Summer discounts that might help save you some cash on your trip.

On Sundays this summer, head to the Spreckels Organ Pavilion in Balboa Park to take in an afternoon of free music from one of the largest outdoor pipe organs in the world. The organ, which features larger-than-life 32-foot pipes, was donated to the city for the Panama-California Exposition in 1914 and a civic organist has been playing traditional tunes and waltzes through its 4,530 pipes since 1917. The park also has other historic places to visit like Seeley Stables, Stewart House and the oldest schoolhouse in San Diego.

To save $25 off a ticket to the San Diego Spirits Festival, enter the promo code SPIRITS when you are purchasing tickets. The festival which is being held on August 23 and 24, will offer attendees unlimited tastings of premium tequilas, gins, bourbons, vodkas and other top-shelf liquors. Don’t worry – there will also be plenty of tasty snacks as well. The Spirits Festival is a celebration of cocktails and culinary excellence set on the picturesque San DiegoBay!

Don’t forget, you can also use the Go San Diego Card to go feed the animals at SeaWorld San Diego and the San Diego Zoo, or to go feed your brain at the San Diego Model Railroad Museum and the Museum of Man.

For an athletically-themed trip, head out to the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista for a free tour of the 150-acre facility. Guided tours of the center’s fields, tracks and athlete dorms are only available on Saturday on a walk-in basis, but self-guided tours are available on a each day. Yelp reviewers consistently note that this site is a hidden gem that many locals aren’t even aware of. “This place is one of many San Diego area super-cool hidden patriotic and nationalistic treasures that everybody should take the time to come see,” wrote John from San Diego.
