With so much hype surrounding dolphins and whales, seals deserve some recognition too! These adorable seafarers are capable of migrating vast distances throughout the year, and have the extraordinary ability to spend up to 72 minutes underwater with one breath! At the Miami Seaquarium, you can interact with these amazing, loveable creatures up-close!

At the Seal and Sea Lion Pool, you’ll witness these animals in action, frolicking about in the South Florida sun. You can observe their behaviors during feeding and play times, and witness an informative presentation about the variety of Seal and Sea Lion specimens at the Miami Seaquarium.

After meeting the Seal and Sea Lions in their designated exhibit, head over to the Golden Dome to witness these animals performing jovial feats! At the Salty’s Reef Range show, you can enjoy the hilarious adventures of Salty the Sea Lion and his team of Reef Rangers. Join the performers in their quest to track down a littering diver, and learn about the importance of protecting our waters from trash and pollution. Educational and entertaining – it’s a splash for the whole family!

And if you still haven’t had enough of these cheerful creatures, consider a unique, shallow water interaction with the harbor seals. With the Miami Seaquarium’s Seal Swim program, you can change into an authentic wetsuit, attend a safety talk and educational tutorial, and then jump right in for a swim with the seals! Take part in an insider training session, hug your new underwater friends, and enjoy free reign of the seal pool with this exclusive offer. Though it is not included in general admission with the Go Miami Card, it is a rare experience that any animal lover will cherish for years to come.
