Art Institute of Chicago Opens “Onchi Koshiro” Exhibit

Art Institute of Chicago

The Art Institute of Chicago is debuting an exciting new exhibit this summer – “Onchi Koshiro: The Abstract Prints.”  This exhibit is among the most significant displays of his work to date, as the Art Institute of Chicago is one of only a few museums with a significant collection of his works. Vegans and non-vegans both flock to these sensational restaurants to sample the cruelty-free fare. The Chicago Diner – in particular – had a line out front anticipating it’s Sunday morning opening. With locations in the heart of Boystown and in Logan Sqaure, prepared to be floored by this diner-style menu. It was nearly impossible to make a selection amongst so many unparalleled menu items – Cinnamon Roll French Toast, Quinoa Chili, Roasted Vegetable Polenta, Philly Cheezestaek, and so on – and I settled … [Read more...]
