The Make-a-Wish Foundation in  San Francisco created an entire day catered to 5-year-old cancer patient Miles Scott's dream, inspiring waves of good feelings and donations for the foundation and even getting President Obama to issue his inaugural Vine via Twitter. Miles asked Make-a-Wish to allow him to spend a day saving the city of San Francisco from a variety off issues while pretending to be caped crusader Batkid. Miles’ day began with having the San Francisco Chronicle's entire front page dedicated to him and it only got better from there. The young boy, who finished his treatments in June, also got to drive his own Batmobile, save a damsel in distress, foil the Riddler's robbery and rescue the San Francisco Giants mascot (who calls AT&T Park home) from the Penguin.
