Description

Located in historic Loafers Glory, Loafers Glory Tubing offers you the best in river recreation. They are close to Little Switzerland, Spruce Pine and Burnsville and are only an hour's drive from Boone and Asheville. Included is a float down a lazy river in a tube. Driving:

From Spruce Pine: Take 226 North to Bakersville. At the flashing light, turn left and continue north on 226 2 1/2 miles. Located on the left at Loafers Glory. From Burnsville: Turn left on Hwy 197. Take 197 to the stop sign at Hwy. 226. Turn right and go approximately 3 1/2 miles. Located on the right at Loafers Glory.
