Description
The Oconaluftee Indian Village is more than a place, it is also a time. Take a journey back in time, more than two hundred years, and witness 18th Century Cherokee life. The 18th Century was a time of both tragedy and triumph. Here, modern Cherokee make traditional goods for hunting, trade, and daily use. You can witness traditional dancing, the inner-workings of Cherokee Government, and become truly immersed in the history and culture of the Cherokee People.
