Get off the beaten path and tour the city at dusk. The heart-wrenchingly beautiful views from Black Falcon Pier on Boston Harbor and the scent of garlic wafting through the streets of the North End are worth it alone. As the sun sets, your evening stretches before you.

A nighttime bike ride through a city like Boston is a beautiful experience, full of romance, excitement and thrills. Imagine pedaling through the waterfront district of this historic and innovative city, and taking in the beautiful skyline with the nighttime ocean breeze in your hair! Take to the roads and pedestrian-friendly bike paths as the workday winds down in the Financial District, and the nightlife begins. Witness the many lights of Boston twinkling on to illuminate this magnificent and historically-charged Atlantic city. Urban AdvenTours brings you the best of evening biking with its Bikes#64;Night Tour of Boston.

The Urban AdvenTours crew is well-versed in all things Boston, and is waiting to take you on their new Bikes#64;Night experience, taking you to all the hottest spots, and letting you see the best restaurants and after-dark hangouts- which you may choose to head back to after your tour! Here are a few of the highlights you’ll see on this well-lit bike ride around Beantown:

  • Long Wharf: Built in 1710, this was known to be ‘the busiest pier in the busiest port in America’ during colonial times, and now serves as a hub for many passenger ships and commuter ferries
  • Rose Kennedy Greenway: A beautiful downtown park and recreation area, and site of the well-known “Big Dig” construction debacle, completed in 2004
  • Boston Institute of Contemporary Art: A prominent architectural feature of Boston’s Seaport area, facing the Atlantic and housing thousands of works of modern art
  • Black Falcon Terminal: A well-known cruise terminal housed at the Boston Seaport and acting as a major hub for international cruise travel (if you’re lucky, you will see the massive cruise ships lit up at night!)

Naturally, your tour includes a helmet and water bottle, and you’ll be provided with a bicycle that’s adjusted for your comfort and preference. Do bring your own snacks and refreshments, if you feel so inclined. The point of departure for this Urban AdvenTour bike tour is in the North End at Columbus Park (specifics given at time of purchase). Gratuity is greatly appreciated by your tour guide for a job-well-done. Get ready to see Boston all lit up and enjoy the ride!
