Description

Located directly on the Cape Cod Rail Trail, the Rail Trail Bike Shop is your gateway to exploring Cape Cod the best way, on a bike! Park your car in the lot and off you go. The Rail Trail is a paved recreational path that runs from S. Dennis through Wellfleet along the abandoned Penn Central Railway. It is 26 miles in length and travels through some of the most picturesque scenery on Cape Cod. Beautiful forests, Cranberry bogs, kettle ponds and salt marshes are all sights to be enjoyed along the trail. You'll even enjoy direct access to the Cape Cod National Seashore.

April 15-May 14 and September 4-October 15: Daily, 10:00 am-5:00 pm;
May 15-September 3: Daily, 8:00 am-6:00 pm

Mid-October through mid-April. Christmas Day,New Year's Day and Thanksgiving Day. All holiday hours are subject to change without notice.

Driving:

From Rte 6 Take Exit 11 (Rt. 137). Turn right onto Rt. 137. Go 2.5 miles, on your right you will see Ocean Edge Resort, then take your next right onto Snow Rd., proceed to end. Rail Trail Bike & Kayak will be directly in front of you.

Redemption Instructions:

Please present your Go Boston Card at the Rail Trail Bike Shop. They will validate it, return your card, and let you in.

The Go City Card is accepted until 5:30pm unless otherwise noted; during all other times standard admission will apply.
