Fine, but Not a Must-See
By Alexis H from Mankato, MN on
Pros:
Money Saver, Flexible Schedule
Cons:
Uninformed Staff, Overrated Attractions Included
Best Uses:
General Sightseeing,
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Comments about Smart Destinations 360 CHICAGO (formerly John Hancock Observatory):

Since it was included in the Go Card, we stopped in, but it was right after we went to the Skydeck, so it was a bit underwhelming. The line was quicker than the Skydeck, but the Skydeck had a better view. If you're torn between the two and have the time to wait, opt for the Skydeck. If you don't have the time, are close to Willis Tower, and want to save money, go for 360. You will still have to wait in line to go up, but at least get to skip the ticket lines at both.

Better views but that's all there is.
By Philip from Atlanta, Georgia on
Pros:
Right On The Mag Mile, Great views
Cons:
Crowded Entry Area, Not Much Information
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Comments about Smart Destinations 360 CHICAGO (formerly John Hancock Observatory):

I Liked the views from here better than the sky deck but it feels more bare bones. The informational displays are difficult to operate and don't have much of a historical view.
