Description

The Chicago Architecture Foundation is your gateway to discovering Chicago's world-renowned architecture. Start your visit at the orientation center which features a large scale model of downtown Chicago and explores the innovative people and ideas that shaped Chicago. Then choose from more than 85 tours of the city and surrounding neighborhoods. Passionate and knowledgeable docents will entertain you while teaching you about the historical and modern buildings that make Chicago the First City of American Architecture. Don't leave without visiting CAF's shop, one of Chicago's most unique venues filled with modern and historically-inspired home decor, jewelry, architectural books and photography. Plus you'll save 10% on shop purchases with the Go Chicago card. The Chicago Architecture Foundation is located just 2 blocks south of Millennium Park across from the Art Institute.
