Please present your Go Chicago Card at the ticket office window. It will be validated, and returned with a ticket for the North Side Tour.

This tour departs from the Gray Line office located at the Palmer House Hilton Hotel. Please arrive a minimum of 1/2 hour prior to the scheduled departure time. Tour is based on availability on the day of service. Go Chicago Card is valid for (per the life of the card) your choice of one Gray Line tour per day (choice of Trolley, North Side, South Shore or Grand Tour). Tours are occasionally not operational due to special events, outside of the control of Go Chicago Card.

Note

While Gray line does pick up at hotels, you need to first pick up your ticket from the Gray Line Ticket office at the Palmer House Hilton (tours leave from there, so you don't have to go back to your hotel). Unfortunately the driver cannot take your Go Chicago Card or Chicago Explorer Pass directly. The Palmer House Hilton is located at 17 East Monroe Street. Look for Gray Line tour guides who are easily identified by their blue shirts.
