Description
Take your trip to great heights at The Hancock Observatory. The adventure beings with a 140-second thrill ride up 1,000 feet in the world's fastest elevator. Even before you catch your breath, you'll be wowed by 360-degree views from the 94th floor. You can actually see parts of Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Illinois. Just wait till you see this bird's eye view through the high-powered, talking telescopes.

Just when you think things couldn't get more sensational, the tower will take it to the next level with the all-new Sky Tour, narrated by David Schwimmer. This multimedia experience will stimulate your mind with a walk through Chicago's history and hotspots. Keep your experience on the edge with the open-air Skywalk above the Magnificent Mile, and don't miss the dramatic murals of Chicago, from marsh to metro. After taking it all in, relax in the award-winning Cafe Espression by Lavazza, (opening December 2008) and share your sightseeing inspirations over a cup of this Italian favorite. Even after you elevator back to earth, you'll still feel your head is somewhere in the Chicago clouds.
