Description: Celebrating its 40th anniversary, Kingston Mines is Chicago's oldest and largest real blues club. Seven nights a week Kingston Mines presents Chicago Blues on two stages with two bands and guest vocalists. Voted Chicago's best blues club 11 years in a row by the Chicago Music Awards. Doc's Rib Joint serves the finest barbeque ribs, wings, catfish, and more for late night dining pleasure.
Hours:: Live music: Sunday-Wednesday, 9:30 pm-4:00 am;
Thursday-Friday, 8:00 pm-4:00 am;
Saturday, 8:00 pm-5:00 am. Doors open at 8:00 pm every night.
Closed:: May be closed Christmas Eve and major U.S. holidays.
Public Transportation:: Take CTA: Between Wrightwood and Fullerton Avenues in the Heart of Lincoln Park. Red or Brown line to Fullerton, head east to Halsted and then head north to Kingston Mines.
