Description

Go a little overboard at Navy Pier's Pier Park, an outdoor landscaped area which features attractions such as a permanent 150-foot-high Ferris Wheel presented by McDonald's, a Musical Carousel, an Old-Fashioned Swing Ride, an 18-Hole Miniature Golf Course and The Light House at Navy Pier. Navy Pier Carousel: The Carousel's three dozen hand-painted animals found throughout the history of carousels, a great American folk art. Horses, chariots, and a playful frog are just a few of the featured characters waiting to carry children of all ages.

Take CTA: Buses #29 (State Street), #65 (Grand Avenue), #66 (Chicago Avenue), #120 (Northwestern/Wacker Express), and #121 (Union/Wacker Express) serve the Navy Pier. #124 Navy Pier Express runs from Union Station and Ogilvie Transportation Center on weekends.
