Your help is needed!

Boston’s historic “Freedom Trail” is a 2.5 mile red-brick walking trail that leads you through the streets of Boston to 16 nationally significant historic sites. The sites are a treasure trove of museums, churches, meeting houses, and historic markers that tell the thrilling story of the American Revolution.

But now these sites – America’s national treasures – are in need of $58 million in repairs, maintenance and updates. You can help save this archipelago of original buildings of the American Revolution by making a $1 donation when you buy your Go Boston Card. Donations will help to fix leaky roofs, replace moldy beams, interrupt water damage, or repair historic headstones – and stop the damage now. It’s our American history; please consider supporting it today for only a BUCK!

All donations support the Freedom Trail Foundation®, a 501 (c) 3 organization established in 1964 to protect and promote the history and heritage of our beloved Freedom Trail sites.
