Graphic/Web Designer

Executive Summary
Smart Destinations is looking for an individual with strong design sense, communication and production skills. This person will assist in the creation and maintenance of all corporate communications and b2c materials, including guidebooks, rack cards, marketing materials, websites and other collateral. Understanding of the travel industry and writing skills are a plus. This person will be responsible for the production and maintenance of websites for Smart Destination Products. S/he will produce and revise print and presentation materials, as well as research and prepare photography for both web and print applications.

Key Accountabilities:

Maintain and expand established look and feel of Smart Destinations printed and web materials
Consistently produce error free documents

Experience:

BA, BFA in Graphic Design or equivalent
2-5 years experience with in graphic/ web design

Professional Skills:

Macintosh and PC computer operation
InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Acrobat, ImageReady, etc
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Entourage
Understanding of 4 color printing essential
Understanding of RGB color space and optimization of web graphics
Proficient knowledge of html
