Customer Service Supervisor

Summary
The position of Customer Service Supervisor at Smart Destinations requires
previous Customer Service and Call Center leadership experience, preferably
in internet based retail operations and/or the travel and tourism industry.
Core Responsibilities
- Full time, permanent position
- Supervises the day-to-day activities within the customer service
department and within the framework of established policies and procedures
- Responsible for the staffing and training
- Meet or exceed quality and productivity standards within the call
centers
- Make calculated recommendations for improvements in call center
metrics
- Communicate, implement, and interpret new and existing policies and procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and make
recommendations for improvements
Experience Requirements
- 2-5 years Customer Service and Call Center Supervisory experience
- Proficient in Windows based applications
- Current with all customer service online related software
- Prior experience with Saleforce a plus
- Online applications such as order processing and e-commerce desired
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- ACD/ call routing, live chat, info email systems
- Direct-to-consumer service experience
- Familiarity of sales techniques and sales process
- Internet based retail operations
- Travel/tourism industry a plus
- Vendor/partner relation management
