Description

It's hard to describe the miraculous natural beauty of The Grand Canyon. But one thing's for certain: you'll never see anything else quite like it. Pack your sense of wonder! After arriving at the magnificent South Rim of the Grand Canyon, your guide will offer you the choice of walking the picturesque 2.5-mile (4 km) paved trail, or continue along the rim by bus. Either way, you've got up to 3 hours to allow you the opportunity to really explore the canyon's rugged beauty from the rim, Yavapai Point, and Grand Canyon Village. You're free to visit the tourist centers or simply take a stroll along the trail - all at your own pace. Enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views of the canyon, the Colorado River and the Phantom Ranch -- not to mention a temperature that's typically 15 degrees cooler than Las Vegas. And your knowledgeable guide will pinpoint areas of interest that other tourists miss. Your trip includes a stop at the Hoover Dam and a nutritional breakfast with juice or water, a deli lunch, and unlimited supply of bottled water.

Transportation is by air-conditioned motor coach with high-back comfortable reclining seating. Tour Duration: 14.5 hours. Return time to Las Vegas 9:00-9:30 pm. Distance from Las Vegas: 275 miles; Travel Time: 4.5-5 hours.

You will need to leave a credit card number but will not be charged unless you do not show up for your tour. Your driver will pick you up at your hotel and your Explorer Pass will be processed at that time.
