I was charged 530 dollars for 2 minor scratches on a car. If it was my car, may be I will spend 150 (the most) to fix it. NEVER USE YOUR INSURANCE because they will keep your deductible for minor stuff. They only want your money. I don't need enterprise car even for free.

Reservations mean nothing at this location. It's not that it happens coincidentally, it happens very often so if you're expecting to pick up on a Saturday, you're doomed but at least they've gotten to the point that they at least call to let you know that you won't have a vehicle. Second issue is I've been in a rental for about three weeks. I've paid each week. I called to extend another week and they tell me (Thomas) that I need to try to get there to make the payment and if I can't, I will need to turn the car in. You have my $100 deposit. It's only $76 to extend. That's what the $100 is for. It's not there to cover the car. The insurance does that. Most enterprise locations would just say we'll take it from the deposit and have a nice day but this location gives you a hard time. If I was a new customer, I could understand but I've been a regular for years and I do mean extreme regular in the past. There's no need for that. Third, they do not have any decent vehicles. I had to switch cars three times to only be given a car full of dog hair. I'm riding down the highway with dog hair flying all over me as well as my belongings. The funny part is they had two guys that were supposedly cleaning the vehicle before it was given to me. The windows were still nasty and there was a food bowl under the seat. Cupholder was full of dog hair. It was horrible. I had to call the 800 number and I was told to go to the Fayetteville NC airport to swap it out. The only good thing i can say is that most of the staff is extremely nice.

"We'll pick you up" which actually means we'll pick you up whenever we feel like it, never at the scheduled time. Awful, awful customer service.

Location 36 S 19th St, Philadelphia, PA 19103 worst experience every with Enterprise. Called this location 4x each time to make reservations. I was placed on hold and several minutes later can hear the phone being picked up to be disconnected. Unprofessional to say the least. A simple; please hold or a contact number to contact me later would have been sufficient rather than simply hanging the phone up because you don't want to do your job. Owner of a small business, this would not be acceptable of any of my employees and action in such would lead to immediately termination. Today I experience horrible customer service in return I will not rent from this location or any other Enterprise.

Recently I needed to make a trip reservation is best for weekends. I needed a car for one day one way ending at CLT. I'm disabled and Christopher from Enterprises obliged me to the terminal once I dropped off the car. They don't just pick up they also deliver you to your connecting flights and treat their clients well. I got an upgrade but it all turned out great. Deborah

Dropped off the rental at the enterprise inside the dealership off 290/eldridge, 20 min before closing, I needed a ride to Carmax that is .7 miles and the sales rep said it's almost closing time and he couldn't take me. Both my son and I had to walk along the freeway to get to Carmax. This person should not work for a company that announces and advertise their courtesy pick up and drop off. Poor excuse for an employee.

The parking was terrible. i was trying to back out to leave, but vehicles kept on pulling on behind me. I notified the employees about backing out, the said they would take care of it. They did not. It was ten plus minutes still no one came to move the vehicles. I grew impatient, and was barely able to leave. The vehicle it self was great, but they need to work on their parking situation.

We are currently renting a car from enterprise and I can say we are highly disappointed. I am an American who lives in Germany and travels home 2-3 times a year. My boyfriend and I have always rented with the smaller rental companies and have always been highly satistified. This time we chose enterprise. To start off we paid to rent a standard class. We arrived at the airport and go to pick up our car. First they try to up sell us to other cars that actually turned out to be from the class we paid for. We declined and went on. Then they ask if we want to add insurance when we clearly had our printed out receipt showing we had already paid for it when we booked. The guy continued to say it wasn't enough, even though we paid for the highest possible options. We were just excited to get home so we took the car and drove 3 hours. Once getting it out of the airport we realized how disgusting the car way. The car smelled horrible like cigarette smoke, the outside was completely covered in some dirt, and the inside windshield was extremely dirty. So the following day we go to and enterprise at the town we are staying in. I immediately ask the employee what class the car we were driving is and she replied with intermediate. Which was below what we had paid for. So not did they have cars from class we selected at the airport, they tried to get us to pay more for 1 of them. The switched out the car for another in the correct class that was a little bit cleaner, but not much. At this point we were completely over it. The new one they gave us had been washed on the outside, but the inside was covered in dog hair, dirt, and smelled like smoke too. This car has multiple dents and scratches on it. We will continue to use it for the remainder, but 100% will NOT be renting from enterprise again!

I have a reservation which took me three hours to get then I get all the way down here three minutes before they closed and everyone is already gone doors are locked . This place is horrible everyone is very hard to work with you get the go around about three or four times from different people bottom line never use enterprise. Enterprise is the worst business I have ever seen

I'm giving one star because I have to to allow my review to go through. Otherwise, they deserve no stars. Enterprise in Cumberland, MD was awful. I did an online reservation for a standard car Friday. We needed to pick the car up Wednesday. You would think since you reserved a standard car 5 days in advance, that's what you'd get. Wrong. We got an SUV that we didn't want. Not a very nice one at that. They said they would call when a car became available. We never received that call. I called and was told they had no cars. I was also told we could stop at any other Enterprise location and switch vehicles. What an inconvenience. Thanks Enterprise. I'll take my business elsewhere next time.
