That’s right—100 of your favorite Hollywood celebrities are here at Madame Tussauds “ house of wax” captured in their most flattering poses, and just waiting to have their pictures taken with you!

Enjoy a carefree time hanging out, posing with, and laughing at the lifelike Hollywood personalities on display at Madame Tussauds Hollywood! Three full floors of “film sets” house these waxy stars, adorned in glamorous attire and wearing their best camera smiles. Step into the most memorable movie blockbusters, and be sure to bring a camera so you can take home the ultimate souvenir photo to fool your friends! “Did you really meet Nicole Kidman?” Just smile and keep them guessing …

While there are other Madame Tussaud museums in major cities around the world, none are quite like the Hollywood venue, which has the most movie-centric collection. Here’s a preview of the Hollywood celebs you will meet at this wax museum :

Movie Stars: The Oscar winners are here in full force as are some hopeful nominees… You’ll see Johnny Depp, Salma Hayek, Robin Williams, Samuel L. Jackson, Denzel Washington, Nicole Kidman, and Jamie Foxx, among others.

Hollywood Icons: The early giants of the big screen have even made an appearance, including James Dean, Clark Gable, Vivien Leigh, Marlene Dietrich, and Audrey Hepburn herself.

Movie Characters: Get ready ladies, because Hugh Jackman is here…as Wolverine! You’ll also see Uma Thurman as ‘The Bride’ from Kill Bill, as well as Jackie Chan and many others.

Pop Stars: Let’s not forget Hollywood’s other A-Listers, the musical legends! A few of the big names are here at Madame Tussauds, including Snoop Dogg, Beyonce, Justin Timberlake, and every teenage girl’s favorite rebel- Lady Gaga.

Sports Stars: Hollywood’s adopted son David Beckham is here, along with Tony Hawk, Lance Armstrong, and others.

Movie Directors: The behind-the-scenes magic makers are also at Madame Tussauds, specifically Howard Hughes, Quentin Tarantino, Steven Spielberg, and Alfred Hitchcock.

TV Stars: Check out the stars of the “small” screen, including Jane Lynch as Glee’s Sue Sylvester, as well as George Lopez, and Selena Gomez.

Comments about Smart Destinations Madame Tussauds Hollywood:

Good place to visit. very lifelike figures. Surprised that the actors/actresses aren't as tall or as big as i expected. Kinda creepy when getting out of the elevator. Pictures are expensive but it's once in a lifetime. Park in the Highland Hollywood garage. Good for one visit but i wouldn't go every year.

A little overrated - some good photo opps . The professional photos they take are horrible though - and well overpriced ! Make sure you take your own photos

Really interesting to see the stars heights etc. Some of the models really well done - quite outstanding craftsmanship. Something for everyone I think. I loved the old Hollywood stars. Jimmy Stewart was really tall! Marilyn Monroe was quite petite...

Comments about Smart Destinations Madame Tussauds Hollywood:

This is easily located as it is along Hollywood Blvd. in a prime spot. We visited this late in the day. Once again our cards were easily scanned and we went right in. It was nice and quite inside. Getting "up close and personal" was so much fun. Some of the figures have props nearby adding to the fun and making for great pictures. The tour ends in their gift shop. There a short film narrated by Beyonce gives you the history of Madame Tussaud's and an overview of the process involved in creating the wax figures. Though interesting I think this would be best offered at the beginning of the tour and with some seating so that visitors could better appreciate what they are seeing.

The best Mme Tussauds I have been to!

Not too crowded, Well presented, Helpful staff

Comments about Smart Destinations Madame Tussauds Hollywood:

We went here in the height of the afternoon - 2pm, when we thought it would be crowded. Don't be fooled by the number of people climbing the stairs behind reception as you have to go into the exhibit via a lift, so the queue is just to wait for photo's at the top of the stairs and to get into a lift. There are alot of exhibits and they do look lifelike. The exhibits are placed into themes. What we found interesting is that some of the stars aren't as big as they appear to be in the movies! Great to compare yourself to, when they are quite short and I am quite tall! A little disappointed that the Robert Pattinson and Hugh Jackman exhibits had been removed, but great to see Jack Sparrow!! Overall we enjoyed the exhibit of stars, some of which were interactive. A definate recommendation for a day spent on Hollywood Boulevard!
