How it works

What do you mean by "calendar days over 2 weeks"?

"Calendar days" are days on a calendar, not 24-hour periods.

For example, if you activate a 3-Day Go Los Angeles Card on a Monday evening, it is valid for the remainder of Monday (1st calendar day) and any 2 additional calendar days within two weeks of activation.

Tip: to get the most out of your pass, plan to visit attractions early in the day.

How do I "activate" my card?

Simply visit your first attraction!

How many days should I buy?

Most travelers visit between 2 and 3 attractions each day depending on individual preference. Our most popular card is the 3-Day card.

Is my card valid all day?

You can enter attractions any time with the Go Los Angeles Card.

What is your refund policy?

We know sometimes travel plans change, even at the very last minute. That's why, if you don't end up activating and using your pass within a year of the purchase date, we'll give you a full refund. No questions asked.

Here's the best part: unlike our competitors, this built-in cancellation insurance comes with every card purchase — free of charge.

If you have any questions, or if you would like to initiate a refund anytime within 1 year of your purchase, please call our Customer Care Team at 800-887-9103. We'll tell you how you can return your non-activated card or pass.

Please note: Activated passes are non-refundable.

Which delivery method should I choose?
  • Instant delivery is the fastest option. You'll be able to access your Go Los Angeles Card from your email or on your phone immediately after you purchase.
With instant delivery you will receive a printable and mobile version of our guidebook.
  • Having your cards shipped in advance will save you time traveling to a pick up location when you get there. Note that transit times vary depending on shipping options. View delivery options.
Do you ship Go Los Angeles Cards to hotels?

Sorry, we cannot ship to hotels because of delivery concerns.

Where can I buy the cards in Los Angeles?

View a list of purchase locations in Los Angeles. Note that in-city purchases are available for full price only.

Does a Go Los Angeles Card expire?

Yes. You have one year from the date of purchase to begin using your pass. After one year, it will expire.

How much will I save?

Compare the price of the pass to the gate prices of the attractions you want to visit to see how much you can save. Many customers save more than 50%.

We give you the flexibility to create your own itinerary and choose the attractions you want to visit depending on your interests.

For inspiration, check out some of our sample itineraries, insider tips, and more for info on all the fun things to do in Los Angeles so you can make the most of your time here.

How many attractions can I visit in one day?

On a Go Los Angeles Card, you can visit as many attractions as you want in a day.

Can I visit an attraction more than once?

In most cases, you can visit each attraction once per day. Some attractions are valid only once during the life of the pass. Please reference your guidebook for specific information on each attraction.

What is the age cut off for child cards?

Child cards are for children ages 3-12. Most attractions do not charge for children under 3 years old. However, there are some exceptions (especially children's museums and attractions geared toward very young travelers). If you have a child under 3 years old, please check with the attraction directly in advance. You may be charged at the gate.

Do I need to make reservations to visit the attractions?

Attractions that require a reservation will display this symbol on the guidebook page.

Some attractions require a credit card to hold a reservation. In these cases, your credit card will not be charged unless you do not show up for your reservation.

What’s the catch?

There’s no catch. Go Los Angeles Card has a partnership with all of the participating attractions to make your visit to Los Angeles as memorable as possible and to help you save time and money.

Can I share my pass with a friend or sell it?

No. The Go Los Angeles Card is non-transferrable and may not be re-sold.

What happens if an attraction is closed or a tour is cancelled due to weather or other problem?

While we do our best to ensure that all attractions are available, events happen that are out of our control. The great thing about a Go Los Angeles Card is that there are so many attractions to choose from. If an attraction is closed, or cannot be visited for some reason, we know you'll find a fun alternative in your guidebook!

What do I do if my Go Los Angeles Card is lost or stolen?

Unfortunately, it cannot be replaced if it is lost or stolen. Please treat the card like cash.

I still have questions!

Please feel free to call us at 866‑652‑3053 and we’ll be happy to help you!

It was great. It really have all to see San Francisco in two or three days. But you need to have plans of what you are going to do. I didn't have plans and I wasted a lot of time trying to see what i was going to go.

Comments about Smart Destinations Go Los Angeles Card:

Easy to use product which was easily identifiable at venues by gateway staff. Saved us a lot of money as compared to gate prices and queue time. Only problem was with the segways which would only offer us a small discount compared to the free hour as suggested in the GO LA paperwork which led to disappointment.

This was a great deal. Just wish it included Disneyland, then it would have been perfect. Didn't use the extra from Universal, but that was a really good bonus.

Comments about Smart Destinations Go Los Angeles Card:

We planned our trip very carefully and checked all the prices of the attractions before we bought the passes to make sure we were getting value for money. If we had kept to our "gruelling" schedule we would have saved money, however....never underestimate how tiring sightseeing can be and how hot LA can be! The combination of the 2 meant that we gave up on a couple of things and ended up, pretty much breaking even, but if we did it again...we'd probably do the same! It would be good if there was more of a cross over between cities, for instance San Diego Zoo on the LA pass or Warner Bros on the San Diego pass as a lot of people will travel between these places but there are a lot to choose from on each so no big complaints there. We visited Universal Studios, Warner Brothers Studios, Legoland and a few of the smaller attractions, all of which were really good. It would have been good if you could book a Starline tour ahead of time rather than wait as we didn't want to take a chance on this and ended up paying for a tour that we could book ahead. Otherwise, quite happy.

Comments about Smart Destinations Go Los Angeles Card:

I like that this product offer a wide range of attractions, many of which include popular and pricey attractions, all for one solid price. The downside is that the card is only good from 9am-5:30pm instead of an entire day. Other than that, I would definitely purchase these cards again for my next visit in LA.

This saved us about 280-320 dollars that we would have spent otherwise. We put it on our phones using the download pdf option and it saved us carrying passes around. We will be using it in more cities for sure.
