How it works

What do you mean by calendar days over a 2 week period?

Your Go Los Angeles Card is valid for the number of days you bought the card for, and you can take up to two weeks to use your card.

For example, if you activate a 3-Day Go Los Angeles Card on a Monday, then your card will be good for that day and 2 more days in the next two weeks. If you decide to go sightseeing again that Friday, then you will have one day left to use, and so on.

Please note that these are calendar days, not 24-hour periods, so start your day early to get the most out of your card!

How do I "activate" my card?

Simply visit your first attraction!

How many days should I buy?

Most travelers visit between 2 and 3 attractions each day depending on individual preference. Our most popular card is the 3-Day card.

Is my card valid all day?

You can enter attractions until 5:30pm with the Go Los Angeles Card.

What is your refund policy?

We know sometimes travel plans change, even at the very last minute. That's why, if you don't end up activating and using your pass within a year of the purchase date, we'll give you a full refund. No questions asked.

Here's the best part: unlike our competitors, this built-in cancellation insurance comes with every card purchase — free of charge.

If you have any questions, or if you would like to initiate a refund anytime within 1 year of your purchase, please call our Customer Care Team at 800-887-9103. We'll tell you how you can return your non-activated card or pass.

Please note: Activated passes are non-refundable.

Which delivery method should I choose?
  • Instant delivery is the fastest option. You'll be able to access your Go Los Angeles Card from your email or on your phone immediately after you purchase.
With instant delivery you will receive a printable and mobile version of our guidebook.
  • Having your cards shipped in advance will save you time traveling to a pick up location when you get there. Note that transit times vary depending on shipping options. View delivery options.
  • With in-city pickup you can get a physical card and full-color printed guidebook without waiting for shipping. We will email you a voucher which can be redeemed for passes at one of our voucher redemption locations.
Do you ship Go Los Angeles Cards to hotels?

Sorry, we cannot ship to hotels because of delivery concerns.

I have a voucher, where can I pick up my card?

View a list of in-city pickup locations where you can redeem your voucher for cards.

Where can I buy the cards in Los Angeles?

View a list of sales locations in Los Angeles. Note that in-city purchases are available for full price only.

Does a Go Los Angeles Card expire?

Yes. You have one year from the date of purchase to begin using your pass. After one year, it will expire.

How much will I save?

Compare the price of the pass to the gate prices of the attractions you want to visit to see how much you can save. Many customers save more than 50%.

How many attractions can I visit in one day?

On a Go Los Angeles Card, you can visit as many attractions as you want in a day from 9:00am to 5:30pm.

Can I visit an attraction more than once?

In most cases, you can visit each attraction once per day. Some attractions are valid only once during the life of the pass. Please reference your guidebook for specific information on each attraction.

What is the age cut off for child cards?

Child cards are for children ages 3-12. Most attractions do not charge for children under 3 years old. However, there are some exceptions (especially children's museums and attractions geared toward very young travelers). If you have a child under 3 years old, please check with the attraction directly in advance. You may be charged at the gate.

Do I need to make reservations to visit the attractions?

Attractions that require a reservation will display this symbol on the guidebook page.

Some attractions require a credit card to hold a reservation. In these cases, your credit card will not be charged unless you do not show up for your reservation.

What happens if an attraction is closed or a tour is cancelled due to weather or other problem?

While we do our best to ensure that all attractions are available, events happen that are out of our control. The great thing about a Go Los Angeles Card is that there are so many attractions to choose from. If an attraction is closed, or cannot be visited for some reason, we know you'll find a fun alternative in your guidebook!

What do I do if my Go Los Angeles Card is lost or stolen?

Unfortunately, it cannot be replaced if it is lost or stolen. Please treat the card like cash.

Can I share my Go Los Angeles Card with a friend, or sell it?

A Go Los Angeles Card is non-transferrable. Once you start using it, you are the only person who can use it to get into attractions. You must sign the signature strip on the back of the card and you may be asked to present an ID. Go Los Angeles Cards cannot be re-sold.

If you are traveling with a group, each traveller may be asked for proof of ID.

What’s the catch?

There’s no catch. Go Los Angeles Card has a partnership with all of the participating attractions to make your visit to Los Angeles as memorable as possible and to help you save time and money.

I still have questions!

Please feel free to call us at 866‑652‑3053 and we’ll be happy to help you!

Note: You should treat your Go Los Angeles Card like cash. If it is lost or stolen, it cannot be replaced.

Best decision ever!

Pros:

Cons:

Bottom Line:

Comments about Smart Destinations Go Los Angeles Card:

I didn't know about this card, somehow found it online while looking for things to visit in L.A. Best Decision Ever! Not only gave me all kinds of ideas of what to visit but the tours are so worth it. Some tours we might not even think about doing but you should totally do! And for not even half of the price. I took it for one week, and did everything from the Walk of fame to LEGOLAND!You may need a car to be able to visit some of the places, since they are a bit far, but very doable if you are organized and do daily zones. I loved it!

Great Value
By Marilyn from Melbourne Australia on

Comments about Smart Destinations Go Los Angeles Card:

We got a 7 day card for 7 adults. We added up the value and were surprised by the saving. It also encouraged us to visit places we may not have gone to due to COST!!. We had no trouble at all using the card and would encourage others to purchase the GO Card.

Awesome Card
By Ryley from Edmonton, AB on
Pros:
Saved 165 Each On 5 Days
Cons:
Expires At Exactly 530
Best Uses:
Legoland K1 Speed Universal Studios Knotts berry farm Six flags
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Comments about Smart Destinations Go Los Angeles Card:

So Awesome. Won't give it 5 stars though, because it expires at exactly 530. It does say that in the fine print, but we got somewhere at 533 and they couldn't let us in (they tried, but the gopass was rejected in their system) Saved almost 165 each though, big plus Glad I didn't have to pay 95 to get into Universal because it definitely wasn't worth that much If I go back to LA, (or other cities that have a GO Pass) I will definitely get another

Used the GO card for my first stop at LA and was so easy to use on my ipad or iphone and gave clear and concise instructions on how to use it and if to book. definitely recommending and using again. Only regret is that I didn't get the right amount of days!
