How it works

What do you mean by "calendar days over 2 weeks"?

"Calendar days" are days on a calendar, not 24-hour periods.

For example, if you activate a 3-Day Go Los Angeles Card on a Monday evening, it is valid for the remainder of Monday (1st calendar day) and any 2 additional calendar days within two weeks of activation.

Tip: to get the most out of your pass, plan to visit attractions early in the day.

Is this just a discount card? Will I still need to buy tickets?

No. Passes include admission to each attraction; no need to pay anything at the gate. Some attractions may offer upgrades or special exhibits for an additional fee.

Do I need to choose my attractions in advance?

Nope, you can choose from the included attractions as you go.

What is the age cut off for child cards?

Child cards are for children ages 3-12. Most attractions do not charge for children under 3 years old. However, there are some exceptions (especially children's museums and attractions geared toward very young travelers). If you have a child under 3 years old, please check with the attraction directly in advance. You may be charged at the gate.

How will I get my pass?

Instantly on your smart phone and via email!

  • Just print out your pass and guidebook.
  • Or, display it on your smart phone.
How do I "activate" my card?

Simply visit your first attraction!

Is my card valid all day?

Yes. You can enter attractions any time with the Go Los Angeles Card.

What is your refund policy?

You'll have a full year from the day you purchase your passes to receive a full refund, as long as they are unused. However, the passes are non-refundable once they're activated.

How many days should I buy?

Most travelers visit between 2 and 3 attractions each day depending on individual preference. Our most popular card is the 3-Day card.

Can I purchase passes on the spur of the moment when I arrive in Los Angeles?

Of course! With instant digital delivery, you can purchase and access passes right on your mobile device. Or, visit one of our local purchase locations.

Does a Go Los Angeles Card expire?

Yes. You have one year from the date of purchase to begin using your pass. After one year, it will expire.

How much will I save?

Compare the price of the pass to the gate prices of the attractions you want to visit to see how much you can save. Or, check out some real savings examples from Go City Card customers to see how much they actually saved!

We give you the flexibility to create your own itinerary and choose the attractions you want to visit depending on your interests.

For inspiration, check out some of our sample itineraries, insider tips, and more for info on all the fun things to do in Los Angeles so you can make the most of your time here.

How many attractions can I visit in one day?

On a Go Los Angeles Card, you can visit as many attractions as you want in a day.

Can I visit an attraction more than once?

In most cases, you can visit each attraction once per day. Some attractions are valid only once during the life of the pass. Please reference your guidebook for specific information on each attraction.

Do I need to make reservations to visit the attractions?

Attractions that require a reservation will display this symbol on the guidebook page.

Some attractions require a credit card to hold a reservation. In these cases, your credit card will not be charged unless you do not show up for your reservation.

What’s the catch?

There’s no catch. Go Los Angeles Card has a partnership with all of the participating attractions to make your visit to Los Angeles as memorable as possible and to help you save time and money.

Can I share my pass with a friend or sell it?

No. The Go Los Angeles Card is non-transferrable and may not be re-sold.

What happens if an attraction is closed or a tour is cancelled due to weather or other problem?

While we do our best to ensure that all attractions are available, events happen that are out of our control. The great thing about a Go Los Angeles Card is that there are so many attractions to choose from. If an attraction is closed, or cannot be visited for some reason, we know you'll find a fun alternative in your guidebook!

I still have questions!

Please feel free to call us at 800‑887‑9103 and we’ll be happy to help you!

Comments about Smart Destinations Go Los Angeles® Card All-Inclusive Pass:

My boyfriend & I just got back from our trip & we saved hundreds, if not thousands of dollars using our Go Cards. They were easy to use & we never had a problem using them. The biggest problem is there are so many things to do & with bad traffic and/or long distances between some attractions we couldn't get them all in. We knew about the restaurant discounts, but never got around to determining which ones to hit based on the activities we were doing that day. The WB studio tour was amazing, our tour guide BOB is the best. Do yourself a favor and do this tour, but plan to stay at least 3-4 hours. There are just so many awesome things to see & try, that trying to squeeze it all in in 2-3 hours is almost impossible! The Sony tour was ok, our tour guide was young & new. He kept answering questions with, I imagine they do this, or I imagine it works like this...he also skipped over a lot of the things we actually wanted to know about & didn't really know a lot about Hollywood history. If you do Knott's Berry Farm, get there when they open, go on a weekday, wear comfortable sneakers, & plan to stand in line waiting a lot. The lines are deceptive, in that they appear to have you a lot closer to the start of the ride than you actually are. Some of the rides had wait times of an hour or more & weren't that good. The really good rides had wait times of 2-3 hours & my feet couldn't handle it. Also the layout is odd, we only got to Ghost Town, & part of the next area over & still didn't hit all of the rides in Ghost Town. The Food & Drink pass is worth it, especially if it's hot & you'll eat at least 3 times. If you plan to eat less than 3 times, skip the dining deal, not the drinks. Universal was awesome, & as expected the Harry Potter Rides had long wait times. Sadly they have very bad planning on the Harry Potter ride in the castle & I was more than frustrated to be told after waiting in line 40 minutes I couldn't ride because I'm too big at 260, after getting an ok earlier.

Comments about Smart Destinations Go Los Angeles® Card All-Inclusive Pass:

Really very good value, especially if you plan out yours days for nearby attractions to maximise use of card. We used double the value of the card over 7 days, even if you factor in discounts available by booking attractions in advance it is still be far the best value.

Comments about Smart Destinations Go Los Angeles® Card All-Inclusive Pass:

Theme Parks, and Sight seeing. My children love theme parks, however, the tickets to all of these places can be so expensive for a one of two day pass. The go cards manage to get my family into all of these places for almost half the price I would have paid. I went to most of these theme parks multiple times, Knotts Berry Farm, Legoland, Six Flags Magic Mountain, Universal Studios, etc. Because of the go cards, it breaks down to like $35 dollars a day for these places. There is no sale, discount, annual pass deal that can beat the Go Cards price!

stumbled upon this card by accident. ordered an all-inclusive pass. great card at a great price. saved a couple of hundred dollars per person. allows you to try attractions that you would never otherwise think of going to. will go with this card again when going to LA and San Diego. i recommend printing out the card as this makes it easier for the box offices to scan.

Comments about Smart Destinations Go Los Angeles® Card All-Inclusive Pass:

We purchased the 3 day pass and really did a good job of planning our days by grouping attractions by general location. We did Hollywood in one day and went to 4 solid attractions. We grouped the Sony / Columbia Tour and the LA Colisium area on our way into downtown for those attractions. Planning is the key because distance can be an issue.
