How it works

What do you mean by calendar days over a 2 week period?

Your Go Los Angeles Card is valid for the number of days you bought the card for, and you can take up to two weeks to use your card.

For example, if you activate a 3-Day Go Los Angeles Card on a Monday, then your card will be good for that day and 2 more days in the next two weeks. If you decide to go sightseeing again that Friday, then you will have one day left to use, and so on.

Please note that these are calendar days, not 24-hour periods, so start your day early to get the most out of your card!

How do I "activate" my card?

Simply visit your first attraction!

How many days should I buy?

Most travelers visit between 2 and 3 attractions each day depending on individual preference. Our most popular card is the 3-Day card.

Is my card valid all day?

You can enter attractions until 5:30 with the Go Los Angeles Card.

What is your refund policy?

We know sometimes travel plans change, even at the very last minute. That's why, if you don't end up activating and using your pass within a year of the purchase date, we'll give you a full refund. No questions asked.

Here's the best part: unlike our competitors, this built-in cancellation insurance comes with every card purchase — free of charge.

If you have any questions, or if you would like to initiate a refund anytime within 1 year of your purchase, please call our Customer Care Team at 800-887-9103. We'll tell you how you can return your non-activated card or pass.

Please note: Activated passes are non-refundable.

Which delivery method should I choose?
  • Instant delivery is the fastest option. You'll be able to access your Go Los Angeles Card from your email or on your phone immediately after you purchase.
With instant delivery you will receive a printable and mobile version of our guidebook.
  • Having your cards shipped in advance will save you time traveling to a pick up location when you get there. Note that transit times vary depending on shipping options. View delivery options.
  • With in-city pickup you can get a physical card and full-color printed guidebook without waiting for shipping. We will email you a voucher which can be redeemed for passes at one of our voucher redemption locations.
Do you ship Go Los Angeles Cards to hotels?

Sorry, we cannot ship to hotels because of delivery concerns.

I have a voucher, where can I pick up my card?

View a list of in-city pickup locations where you can redeem your voucher for cards.

Where can I buy the cards in Los Angeles?

View a list of purchase locations in Los Angeles. Note that in-city purchases are available for full price only.

Does a Go Los Angeles Card expire?

Yes. You have one year from the date of purchase to begin using your pass. After one year, it will expire.

How much will I save?

Compare the price of the pass to the gate prices of the attractions you want to visit to see how much you can save. Many customers save more than 50%.

How many attractions can I visit in one day?

On a Go Los Angeles Card, you can visit as many attractions as you want in a day from 9:00am to 5:30.

Can I visit an attraction more than once?

In most cases, you can visit each attraction once per day. Some attractions are valid only once during the life of the pass. Please reference your guidebook for specific information on each attraction.

What is the age cut off for child cards?

Child cards are for children ages 3-12. Most attractions do not charge for children under 3 years old. However, there are some exceptions (especially children's museums and attractions geared toward very young travelers). If you have a child under 3 years old, please check with the attraction directly in advance. You may be charged at the gate.

Do I need to make reservations to visit the attractions?

Attractions that require a reservation will display this symbol on the guidebook page.

Some attractions require a credit card to hold a reservation. In these cases, your credit card will not be charged unless you do not show up for your reservation.

What’s the catch?

There’s no catch. Go Los Angeles Card has a partnership with all of the participating attractions to make your visit to Los Angeles as memorable as possible and to help you save time and money.

Can I share my pass with a friend or sell it?

No. A Go Los Angeles Card is non-transferrable and may not be re-sold.

What happens if an attraction is closed or a tour is cancelled due to weather or other problem?

While we do our best to ensure that all attractions are available, events happen that are out of our control. The great thing about a Go Los Angeles Card is that there are so many attractions to choose from. If an attraction is closed, or cannot be visited for some reason, we know you'll find a fun alternative in your guidebook!

What do I do if my Go Los Angeles Card is lost or stolen?

Unfortunately, it cannot be replaced if it is lost or stolen. Please treat the card like cash.

I still have questions!

Please feel free to call us at 866‑652‑3053 and we’ll be happy to help you!

Comments about Smart Destinations Go Los Angeles Card:

I wish I would have paid more attention and known that all the attractions, you had to be at before 5:30PM or you couldn't get into them. We spent half a day at Six Flags, and when looking up another attraction, realized that it was too late to do another one. Also they are on sale prior to APRIL 1st, I bought them April 3rd for the following week and could have saved around 30$ per Child's ticket. So hopefully if you're going for spring break, you'll get it prior to April 1st. But i figured the total tickets purchase was about 710$, and paying full ticket prices I still would have paid about 1390$. So that was great. We hit Six Flags, Queen Mary Tour, Pacific Aquarium in Long Beach, Whale watching tour, Lego Land and Universal Studios. Lego Land was not enjoyable, but Universal is awesome.

Comments about Smart Destinations Go Los Angeles Card:

I used this to get to know the most of the locations at a great price and made my planning easier on my vacations. I thik this is wonderful for tourists; I came back to my country very excited about this experience and recomended it to my friends! i didnt like the restriction that it is good up to 5 because i could have seen more atractions that opened until 7 or 8. (the transportation between one site and the other makes it difficult to make more use of the go city pass.

Comments about Smart Destinations Go Los Angeles Card:

We we able to do more on our vacation than we budgeted for. There are many options to choose from. There was one con..thats having to use your card before 5pm. It wasnt towards the end of the trip that one of the attractions we visited mentioned to us that we can get all our tickets early for what we plan on seeing that day, then we would be able to get in after 5.. So I recommend getting all tickets early in the day.The purchase was quick and easy, and so was using our phone to get in...using the barcode! We will never book another trip with out a GO card! We used the go LA card...next on the list is GO New York.I'm so glad we found this great deal..especially for my family, who travels on a budget.

We found the Go Card to be a good value & actually took in a couple sight seeing items we otherwise wouldn't have if we'd had to pay a separate admission fee. Overall was a good value & the guide book was informative & useful.
