- Enjoy the calm and clear waters of Turtle Town where you will encounter an abundance of green sea turtles, occasional dolphin sightings, and dozens of species of vibrant tropical fish. Experience snorkeling at 5 Caves, where you can free dive through caves, tunnels, and volcanic arches. Explore the historic Puuolai coastline, snorkeling among spectacular coral reefs and geological formations that attract hundreds of species of marine life. Midway through this adventure, you will land on one of Maui's beautiful beaches with vistas of three islands where lunch is served.
- Note:
- Trip is a 5 hour adventure leaving from Makena Landing. There are 3 snorkel locations which have a 1-1/2 hour snorkeling time with 2-1/2 hours paddling time and 30-45 minutes for lunch. Please bring a towel, reef shoes or strapped sandals, and sunscreen. Snorkel gear, dry bags, life vests and lunch provided.

- Driving:
- From Lahaina/Kaanapali: (50-55 minutes) Right on I-30 for about 20 miles. Turn right at I-310 (N. Kihei Rd.) and follow signs that say Wailea/Makena. This turns into I-31; go straight until highway ends. Stay right until a stoplight to Wailea Alanui St.. Follow signs to Wailea/Makena. Turn left on Wailea Alanui St. and go south for 2.5 miles. From Kihei: (15 minutes) Go south on Kihei Rd. to Okolani. Turn left and proceed to Wailea Alanui St. Proceed south on Wailea Alanui St. (which turns into Makena Alanui St.) and go south for 3.0 miles. From Wailea: (10 minutes) Turn right (South) onto Wailea Alanui St. Proceed south for around 2.5 miles. At the blue Makena Landing sign, turn right on Honoiki Street. Drive to the end of the road and turn right onto Makena Road. Look for signs that say Maui Kayaks.
