Learn how it works or talk to customer care 866-637-8817.

How it works

What is a Go Miami Card?
  • A Go Miami Card is an attraction pass that gets you into multiple attractions for one low price. It provides admission to 37 Miami attractions.
  • A Go Miami Card is like a theme park pass to the city: you can use it to get into as many attractions as you want.
How does a Go Miami Card Work?
  • You will receive a physical card that will serve as your pass to all of our included Miami attractions.
  • Simply present your card at any of the included attractions and get same day entry.
How do I get one?
  • Decide how many calendar days over a 2 week period you want to sightsee in Miami (what does this mean?)
  • Buy a pass for each person in your party.
  • Have your cards shipped or pick it up when you get there at one of our voucher redemption locations.
  • Enjoy a free guidebook included with each order to help plan your itinerary.
Bonus Offer

If you purchase a 3, 5 or 7 day card, you get admission to one premium bonus attraction on one of your valid card days. You must use your bonus on a valid card day (not after the card has expired). Please see your guidebook for more details.

What’s the catch?

There’s no catch. Go Miami Card has a partnership with all of the participating attractions to make your visit to Miami as memorable as possible and to help you save time and money.

Compare the price of the card to the retail prices of the attractions to see how much you can save. Many customers save more than 50%.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do you mean by calendar days over a 2 week period?

The first time you visit an attraction, it will “activate” the calendar day countdown on your card (not 24 hour periods). Once activated, you can use your card for the number of calendars days that you bought spread out over 2 weeks.

For Example, if you activate a 3 day card on a Monday, then your card will be good for that day and 2 more calendar days in the next two weeks to follow. If you decide to go sightseeing again that Friday, then you will have one day left to use, and so on.

How does the Bonus attraction work?

If you buy a 3, 5 or 7 day card, you will be able to choose one bonus attraction as an option on one of your valid card days. Your bonus option does not give you an extra day on the card. Reference your free guidebook or our website for details on the bonus attraction options.

How many days should I buy?

Most travelers visit between 2 and 3 attractions each day depending on individual preference. We suggest you count the number of attractions and divide by the number of days to get an estimate. Our most popular card is the 3-day card.

Can I share my Go Miami Card with a friend, or sell it?

A Go Miami Card is non-transferrable. Once you start using it, you are the only person who can use it to get into attractions. You must sign the signature strip on the back of the card and you may be asked to present an ID. Go Miami Cards cannot be re-sold.

If you are traveling with a group, you may be asked to present each member of your group at the ticket window, for proof of ID.

Can I visit the same attraction more than once?

In most cases, you can visit each attraction once per day. Some attractions are valid only once during the life of the card. Please reference your guidebook page for specific information on each attraction.

What is the age cut off for child tickets?

Child cards are for ages 3-12. Most attractions are free for children under 3.

Should I have my card shipped or should I pick it up?
  • Having your card shipped in advance will save you time traveling to a pick up location when you get there.
  • Transit times vary depending on shipping options. View shipping options.
  • If you don’t have time to wait for cards to ship, we will email you a voucher which can be exchanged for passes at one of our voucher redemption locations.
Where can I pick up my card once I get to the city?

View a list of locations where you can redeem your voucher.

Where can I buy the card once I get there?

View a list of sales locations in Miami. Note that if we are running a web-only sale, the in-city sales locations will not be able to honor that sale price. In-city purchases are available at full price only.

Do I need to make reservations to visit the attractions?

Attractions that require a reservation will display this symbol on the guidebook page.

Some attractions require a credit card to hold a reservation. In these cases, your credit card will not be charged unless you do not show up for your reservation.

I still have questions!

Please feel free to call us at 866-637-8817 and we’ll be happy to help you!

Note: You should treat your Go Miami Card like cash. If it is lost or stolen, it cannot be replaced.

Mostly good, but mixed
By wilson2of7 from Scranton, PA on 9/28/2011
Pros:
Narrows down the options, Good bang for your buck
Cons:
Limits options,
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Comments about Smart Destinations Go Miami Card:

Some of the options were GREAT, some were not at all what we expected, and were disappointing - i.e. The Art Deco Tour was unexpectantly informative and worthwhile, while the Duck Tour was not so much a tour as rather profane ride aboard a unique vehicle. The Go-car was disappointing because the insurance cost made the use of the card rather worthless. The Everglades Air Boat tour and the Gator Park Air Boat tours were GREAT!

It saves your money
By Innocent from St.Petersburg, RUSSIA! on 6/18/2011
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Comments about Smart Destinations Go Miami Card:

If you have doubts that it saves, yes it does save your money! With 5 days card for an adult and a child I saved USD 160 while doing not so much - only one or two activities a day. Be aware though not to spole your vacation with thrusting to increase the value of your card. I have a good experience with sightseeing and I would say 2 activities a day is enough. Maximum that you can do is 3 (this is not always with pleasure!) A good thing about this card is that you can use your days within 2 weeks. This is only hop-on-hop-off bus that will be available for you within two consecutive days. Make free days for sunbathing or shopping or what so ever and avoid traffic and rush. The biggest attraction in Miami is anyway the OCEAN, the beach, the sun, the air. Take the most of it!

Easy way to pre pay for your trip
By Cookie Verified Reviewer from Little Rock, Arkansas on 7/16/2010
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Comments about Smart Destinations Go Miami Card:

What I liked about the card was...it was like our trip activities were prepaid. I did not have to worry about money to get into the zoo...etc. I only had to bring money for food and such. I liked the fact of not having to carry around a lot of cash, that was nice. I also like the fact of they tell you exact directions of how to get the places, HUGE help!!!!!!!

Simply Awesome!!!
By AJ from Chandler, AZ on 7/15/2010
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Comments about Smart Destinations Go Miami Card:

I bought the "Go Miami Cards" for my vacation and this was the best decision I made. The entrance to all the attractions we visited was painless and saved me a lot of money. The only suggestion that I would make to the go-card buyers is to make sure to call ahead the attraction operators to verify the timings and schedules especially for tours, cruises etc.

Convenient and worth it
By Tom from Ilinois from Edwardsville, IL on 7/15/2010
Pros:
Easy to use, Good Value
Cons:
Picking up card in Miami,
Bottom Line:

Comments about Smart Destinations Go Miami Card:

Used in Chicago last year and Miami this year. Works great. Attractions in Miami very spread out, so we got the 3 day card with Bonus attraction. For the bonus we wanted to do the Mai-Kai dinner. Closed the first day and second day and only 1 sitting the third day when we were not in the city. Better off-season hours and information would be nice. Miami Seaquarium, Sawgrass Rec and Kennedy Space Center were all awesome. Miami Childrens museum, Island Queen cruise and Jungle Island were all okay, glad I didn't pay "full price" for them.

No accountabilty
By soupee_uk Verified Reviewer from MN on 5/6/2010
Pros:
Great if if its honored
Cons:
No accountability
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Comments about Smart Destinations Go Miami Card:

Sounded great but sadly this was not our experience. We were not let down by Smartdestinations but by the tourist attraction itself, who wasted a whole afternoon of our vacation and failed to deliver the tour leaving my six year old in tears. In terms of the money spent on the go card, no refund was possible because the company maintained we did not pay them directly. In fact their intial view was no refund was due because Go cards allow you to do things free. If anyone knows where these "free' go cards are being handed out please let me know because I paid cold hard cash for all 3 of mine!

Smart Destinations Response: Many thanks to this reviewer not only for her review but for helping us follow-up. We have worked directly with the tour company on this issue as well as given the reviewer a make good for this totally unacceptable experience.

Waste of Money
By K. Johnson Verified Reviewer from Maryland on 5/4/2010
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Comments about Smart Destinations Go Miami Card:

We stayed in South Beach and did not have a rental car, so we had to walk to the Miami Visitors Center from our hotel, which was a hassle. We paid for a 2-day card and only used it for the Duck Tour since everything else was so far way. The goCar tour requires additional payment along with a $300 deposit, not worth it. We really wanted to go to the aquarium and zoo but the commute was an hour each way, so it wasn't worth it. I wouldn't recommend buying this card if you do not have a rental car.

Smart Destinations Response: Sorry the lack of transport wrecked your experience. Miami is definitely not a walking city when it comes to sightseeing so the advice to make sure you have transport (rental, public, or cabs) is certainly good feedback.

Pretty Cool Deal
By Trish Schild from Chattanooga TN on 5/4/2010
Pros:
Save Money, Convenience
Cons:
None really,
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Comments about Smart Destinations Go Miami Card:

We loved this card for convenience. Even if you don't think it will save you money its worth it to save the hassle at each place. We pretty much broke even, but, we bought a five day pass and only used it for four out of the five days. We were just too tired to run for all five days. But, the conveniece was awesome and we'd buy another one in a minute. There was only one place out of all the places we went that didn't honor it, and the was the GoKars place. Everyone else honored it without blinking an eye.
