What is a Go Miami Card?

A Go Miami Card is a multi-attraction pass that gets you into 27 Miami attractions for one low price.

How does a Go Miami Card Work?
  • Just purchase passes for the number of days you want to sightsee — we offer 1, 2, 3, or 5-Day cards.
  • Your Go Miami Card grants you admission to any of the included attractions for the number of days you bought the card for.
  • Simply present your pass at included attractions for admission. Pay nothing at the gate.
  • Visiting your first attraction activates your card. Then, use it over a two-week period. ?
How will I get my pass?

Instantly! Choose between 2 options:

  • Use your pass right on your phone with the free Go City Card app.
  • Print your pass and guidebook at home.

Links and easy-to-follow instructions for both options will be in your confirmation email.

What else does the pass include?

You'll get a guide with detailed attraction descriptions, hours of operation, and a map to help plan your itinerary. Plus extra dining, shopping and entertainment discounts to help you save even more along the way.

Frequently Asked Questions Show All

What do you mean by "calendar days over 2 weeks"?

"Calendar days" are days on a calendar, not 24-hour periods.

For example, if you activate a 3-Day Go Miami Card on a Monday evening, it is valid for the remainder of Monday (1st calendar day) and any 2 additional calendar days within two weeks of activation.

Tip: to get the most out of your pass, plan to visit attractions early in the day.

Is this just a discount card? Will I still need to buy tickets?

No. Passes include admission to each attraction; no need to pay anything at the gate. Some attractions may offer upgrades or special exhibits for an additional fee.

Do I need to choose my attractions in advance?

Nope, you can choose from the included attractions as you go.

What is the age cut off for child cards?

Child cards are for children ages 3-12. Most attractions do not charge for children under 3 years old. However, there are some exceptions (especially children's museums and attractions geared toward very young travelers). If you have a child under 3 years old, please check with the attraction directly in advance. You may be charged at the gate.

How will I get my pass?

Instantly! Choose between 2 options:

  • Use your pass right on your phone with the free Go City Card app.
  • Print your pass and guidebook at home.

Links and easy-to-follow instructions for both options will be in your confirmation email.

How do I "activate" my card?

Simply visit your first attraction!

Is my card valid all day?

Yes. You can enter attractions any time with the Go Miami Card.

What is your refund policy?

You'll have a full year from the day you purchase your passes to receive a full refund, as long as they are unused. However, the passes are non-refundable once they're activated.

How many days should I buy?

Most travelers visit between 2 and 3 attractions each day depending on individual preference. Our most popular card is the 3-Day card.

Can I purchase passes on the spur of the moment when I arrive in Miami?

Of course! With instant digital delivery, you can purchase and access passes right on your mobile device. Or, visit one of our local purchase locations.

Does a Go Miami Card expire?

Yes. You have one year from the date of purchase to begin using your pass. After one year, it will expire.

How much will I save?

Try our Savings Calculator to easily compare the combined gate prices of the attractions you want to visit with the price of the Go Miami Card. Or, check out some real savings examples from Go City Card customers to see how much they actually saved!

We give you the flexibility to create your own itinerary and choose the attractions you want to visit depending on your interests.

For inspiration, check out some of our sample itineraries, insider tips, and more for info on all the fun things to do in Miami so you can make the most of your time here.

How many attractions can I visit in one day?

On a Go Miami Card, you can visit as many attractions as you want in a day.

Can I visit an attraction more than once?

In most cases, you can visit each attraction once per day. Some attractions are valid only once during the life of the pass. Please reference your guidebook for specific information on each attraction.

Do I need to make reservations to visit the attractions?

Attractions that require a reservation will display this symbol on the guidebook page.

Some attractions require a credit card to hold a reservation. In these cases, your credit card will not be charged unless you do not show up for your reservation.

What’s the catch?

There’s no catch. Go Miami Card has a partnership with all of the participating attractions to make your visit to Miami as memorable as possible and to help you save time and money.

Can I share my pass with a friend or sell it?

No. The Go Miami Card is non-transferrable and may not be re-sold.

What happens if an attraction is closed or a tour is cancelled due to weather or other problem?

While we do our best to ensure that all attractions are available, events happen that are out of our control. The great thing about a Go Miami Card is that there are so many attractions to choose from. If an attraction is closed, or cannot be visited for some reason, we know you'll find a fun alternative in your guidebook!

I still have questions!

Comments about Smart Destinations Go Miami® Card All-Inclusive Pass:

Offers are highly recommendable when in Florida! Is there any possibility to tie up with big time amusements parks and famous attractions? Coming from Europe, it was quite a challenge to buy Disney tickets in advance.

Comments about Smart Destinations Go Miami® Card All-Inclusive Pass:

Several of the attractions are out of Miami so you have to figure out how to get to them and back. You can add an additional day to the " big bus tour" for a small amount , only to do this only one booth out of several on the Bay Front Market Place had the correct equipment to do this and it was broken so we had to wait an additional day to do this. If there was a person to help you get acquainted with the transit systems the first couple of days that would really be helpful.I would recommend this card to people who were familiar with Miami.

Comments about Smart Destinations Go Miami® Card All-Inclusive Pass:

We only made it to two events on our Go card, but the cost covered both of them. We experienced the Big Bus Hop on and Off. They have three routes covering the city and Miami Beach Hop-on Hop-off as many times as you like! We hopped off at Vizcaya Museum and Gardens and spent THREE hours there! It is beautiful!
