Museum of Discovery and Science

Discover the amazing Everglades in the Florida EcoScapes exhibit, explore the human body in Powerful You, meet the recycling robot Harry the Heap in Go Green!, and take to the skies in Aviation Station. Note

Add on the IMAX Experience for an additional fee. Tickets can be purchased at the Box Office located in the Museum Atrium. Fee’s vary depending on film.

Parking is managed by the City of Fort Lauderdale. Fees are $7.00 per car Mon.–Fri. 9:00 am–6:00 pm and $12.00 after 6 pm and on weekends.

Driving Directions

Take I-95 north (from Miami) or south (from Palm Beach) to Broward Boulevard. Drive east to SW Fifth Avenue (Commodore Brook Avenue). Turn right. The Museum will be on the left and Science garage on your right.

We really enjoyed this science museum. We learned a lot. The imax movie was great. It's just a little far from Miami. But it's worth the trip.
