Present your New York City Explorer Pass at the CitySights Visitor Center, at 234 W. 42nd St. in Times Square inside the lobby of Madame Tussauds. There you will be issued a ticket for the CitySights bus tour of your choice which can then be used to board the tour you have selected.

Although the Brooklyn Tour departs from Whitehall St. between Bridge & Pearl Streets near the tip of Manhattan, you will need to have picked up a ticket from the CitySights Visitor Center in Times Square BEFORE boarding. Please note that your New York City Explorer Pass allows you to choose one CitySights Tour per pass. Select from either the Hop-On Hop-Off Downtown Tour, the Uptown Treasures and Harlem Hop-On Hop-Off Tour, the Night Tour, the Brooklyn Tour, the Multilingual Upper and Lower Manhattan Tour, or the All Around Tour.
