We had one attraction pass left to use, and not much time. So, we decided to stop in at Madame Tussaud's. We were blown away!! Five stories of extremely life-like wax models of tons of people. We highly recommend this for a fun couple of hours!

I was already excited to go to the wax museum... but when I saw the new Robert Pattinson figure had made its way to NYC, I was over the moon. This attraction offers an amazing variety of realistic wax figures that will fit the interests of everyone in your party-- from your teenage daughter to your 80 year-old grandfather, to your skeptical husband. The picture opportunities are fun and plentiful and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! To top it off, many of my friends thought some of my photos were real (many of the figures are VERY close to their live counterparts). My family will definitely be back... especially if I have anything to say about it!

Now here's a place where an attraction pass really comes in handy. This place is really great and you can get right up close to the statues for countless pictures. Lots of rooms to walk through and pretty much every celebrity you can think of. At the end, it's a very good time...but probably not one I'd want to pay [$] for at the door. Was very happy to have my NY Explorer Pass for this one! I think it allowed me to see the wax museum but not break the bank.Favorite wax statue: Ozzy Osbourne. They told us the real-life actor took the wax figures place once to scare patrons. He'd be sitting on the bench all still until someone came and sat next to him. Then he'd put his arm around the person and watch the reaction. Too funny! LOL.
