Present your New York City Explorer Pass at one of the CitySights Centers where you will be issued a ticket for the CitySights bus tour of your choice which can then be used to board the tour you have selected. Please be aware the All-Around Town tour requires a $14 upgrade fee. Upgrade payment must be made directly at one of the CitySights NY Visitor Centers. Hop-on Hop-off double-decker tickets are valid for 48 hours from date of pickup. Taking advantage of this special offer will count as one of your attraction visits and redeeming this offer will activate your New York City Explorer Pass.
Tours depart from the Times Square, CitySights - NYC Visitor Center location (234 W. 42nd St.) the corner of 42nd and 7th Ave. in Times Square (234 W. 42nd St).
Please note that your New York City Explorer Pass allows you to choose one CitySights Tour per pass. Select one from the following: the Hop-On Hop-Off Downtown Tour, the Uptown Treasures and Harlem Hop-On Hop-Off Tour, the Night Tour, the Brooklyn Tour, the Multilingual Upper and Lower Manhattan Tour, the All Around Town Tour or Woodbury Common Premium Outlet Tour. Please be aware the All-Around Town tour requires a $14 upgrade fee.
When you pick up your ticket, you will also receive a map showing you all the stops where you can hop-on and hop-off (the map is also available HERE
), as well as details on the cruise and other tours. Please make sure to hang onto your ticket because you will need it anytime you want to hop back on during the 48 hours the ticket is valid, as well as for the other included admissions.

By Subway to Times Square: Take A, C, E and S trains to Port Authority or 1, 2, 3, N, R, B, D, F, Q to the 42nd Street/Times Square stop.
By Subway to Downtown: Take R – City Hall stop (walk east to Broadway then south on Broadway. J& R will be across the street on the other side of the greenery at the Broadway and Ann intersection)
Take 2,3 – Park Place stop (walk east to Broadway then south on Broadway. J& R will be across the street on the other side of the greenery at the Broadway and Ann intersection)
Take E – World Trade Center stop. (walk east on Barclay Street and go south on Broadway. . J& R will be across the street on the other side of the greenery at the Broadway and Ann intersection)
Take 4, 5 – Fulton St (walk north on Broadway. J&R will be on the east side of the steet at the Broadway and Ann intersection)
