Beautiful views especially as the lights of the city started to come on at dusk. You get to be close to Lady Liberty as the torch turns on while they play "God Bless the USA." Evoked a lot of emotions and yes it brought tears to many eyes.
The guides are great. They are very informative, entertaining, and kept us laughing most of the time. They keep it family friendly and spend a fair amount of time talking to the kids.
It does get chilly on the water, even in June, when the sun goes down. If sitting on top, bring a light jacket or sweater.
