This is a great way to learn about the plants that were brought to the islands and the many uses they have. Also the effect they have had on the economy, Our guide stopped and picked us some fresh fruit right off the vines for us to sample. The fish pond was beautiful and of course being Lost fans was a chance to see where some of the series was filmed. We also got to see where the new series Last Resort was filmed as well. The fish pond was really cool and holds a large variety of fish and the views from on the pond are just spectacular.

Beautiful spot!

Comments about Smart Destinations Ancient Fishpond and Garden Tour at Kualoa Ranch:

The variety of native plants was really interesting, and the tour guide was quite knowledgeable. It left me wanting more, however. The quick boat ride on the fish pond was great and being big LOST fans it was fun to walk on the dock where the submarine scenes took place. The scenery really was beautiful and the guides were great about taking pictures of us when we asked them to.

The variety of flowers, trees and vines was really interesting, and the tour guide was quite knowledgeable. It left me wanting more, however. The quick boat ride out to the fish pond was interesting and being big LOST fans it was fun to walk on the dock where the submarine scenes took place. The scenery was gorgeous and the guides were great about taking pictures of each of us.
