FREE Grand Circle Island Tour with the Go Oahu Card

Description

Enjoy Oahu's most popular narrated tour via air conditioned buses, taking in highlights of the islands: from East Oahu with its upscale neighborhoods of Kahala, through Hawaii Kai and along the rugged southeast coastline passing the Halona Blowhole and Sandy Beach.

Travel along the cliffs of Makapuu with its stunning view of Rabbit Island, through the Hawaiian Homestead lands of Waimanalo, and then into Kailua town. Travel up the Pali Highway for a stop at the Pali Lookout, site of the famous Battle of Nuuanu and its unsurpassed views of the Windward Coast.

From here, you will take a leisurely drive to the North Shore of Oahu passing through picturesque spots and charming rural towns such as Haleiwa and beautiful Waimea Bay, where surf during the winter months can exceed 30 feet. Check out other famous surfing spots such as Sunset Beach, Ehukai and the Banzai Pipeline.

Your tour then continues on past the quaint towns of Kahuku and Laie; home of the Mormon Temple and the Polynesian Cultural Center. You will then continue through Punaluu, all the way to Kaneohe town before heading back to Waikiki after a full day of sightseeing.

Note:
A stop for lunch (cost is not included) will be made enroute daily at Coral Kingdom, as well as a stop at the Dole Plantation. No stop is made at Polynesian Cultural Center. Actual route for tour will be left to the driver’s discretion. Reservations required.

This was the first activity off the card that we did. It was great seeing a lot of the island as it was our first time there and learning some history about the island. Our driver was "cousin Fred" and he made the tour enjoyable.

I went to Oahu on April 28, 2010 with my husband. We took this tour in the next day. It was very fun. We like it so much. The driver (cousin good looking) is very funny and very knowledgeable. I learned a lot about Hawaiian history. I really recommend that everybody should take this tour.

I took this trip 3-18 with my husband and 8 year old grandson. Our guide was Patty, she was fantastic. Very sweet to my grandson who was the only child on the trip. She was funny and also very informative. Even though we have been to Ohau before, we still learned things. Couldn't have been any more enjoyable!
