What is a Go Orlando Card?

A Go Orlando Card is an attraction pass that gets you into 46 Orlando attractions for one low price.

How does a Go Orlando Card Work?
  • Just select how many days you want to sightsee — we offer 2-Day, 2-Day Plus SeaWorld® and 4-Day Plus SeaWorld® cards.
  • Your Go Orlando Card grants you admission to all Orlando attractions for the number of days you bought the card for.
  • Simply present your pass at included attractions until 6:00pm.
  • Visiting your first attraction attraction activates your card. Then, use it over a two-week period.
  • Get free admission to 1 of 3 premium attractions per day — see details under The I-Drive Trio Premium Attractions below.
How will I receive my pass?

You can choose to receive your pass:

  • Instantly on your smartphone — the most popular way
  • Via email — just print it and go
  • Via mail
The I-Drive Trio Premium Attractions

You may visit one of the following I-Drive Trio premium attractions per day for the duration of your card:

  • WonderWorks
  • Ripley's Believe It or Not!
  • Titanic: The Experience
What else does the pass include?

You'll get a guidebook with detailed attraction descriptions, hours of operation, and a map to help plan your itinerary. Plus extra dining, shopping and entertainment discounts to help you save even more along the way.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do you mean by calendar days over a 2 week period?

Your Go Orlando Card is valid for the number of days you bought the card for, and you can take up to two weeks to use your card.

For example, if you activate a 3-Day Go Orlando Card on a Monday, then your card will be good for that day and 2 more days in the next two weeks. If you decide to go sightseeing again that Friday, then you will have one day left to use, and so on.

Please note that these are calendar days, not 24-hour periods, so start your day early to get the most out of your card!

How do I "activate" my card?

Simply visit your first attraction!

Is my card valid all day?

You can enter attractions until 6:00pm with the Go Orlando Card.

How does a 2-Day Plus Seaworld® or 4-Day Plus Seaworld® card work?

2-Day Plus Seaworld®: 2 days of unlimited attraction visits plus a 1-day ticket to Seaworld®

4-Day Plus Seaworld®: 4 days of unlimited attraction visits plus a 1-day ticket to Seaworld®

How do I get into Seaworld®?

On the back of your 2-day Plus Seaworld® or 4-day Plus Seaworld® Card you will see a special bar code. This bar code is your one time ticket to Seaworld®. Here is how it works:

Visit the Self Service Ticketing (Quick Ticketing) kiosks at the far right OR far left of the entrance. Press the Redeem button, scan your Go Orlando Card under the bar code scanner and a ticket will be printed for you (Note: do NOT swipe your card at the kiosk; you must use the bar code scanner). Take that ticket and a photo ID to the turnstiles for park admission. If you experience an issue while trying to print your tickets, please visit one of the Guest Service Windows for assistance.

Which card should I buy?

Our most popular card is the 4-Day Plus Seaworld® Card. Most travelers visit between 2 and 3 attractions each day. We suggest reviewing the list of available attractions to determine roughly how many you would like to visit and use this to plan your days.

What is your refund policy?
Free Cancellation Insurance

We know sometimes travel plans change, even at the very last minute. That's why, if you don't end up activating and using your pass within a year of the purchase date, we'll give you a full refund. No questions asked.

Here's the best part: unlike our competitors, this built-in cancellation insurance comes free with every pass we sell.

If you have any questions, please call our Customer Care Team at 800-887-9103. We'll tell you how you can return your non-activated pass for a refund.

Please note: Activated passes are non-refundable.

What delivery method should I choose?
  • Instant delivery is the fastest option. You'll be able to access your Go Orlando Card from your email or on your phone immediately after you purchase.
With instant delivery you will receive a printable and mobile version of our guidebook.
  • Having your pass shipped in advance will save you time traveling to a pick up location when you get there. Note that transit times vary depending on shipping options. View delivery options.
Do you ship Go Orlando Cards to hotels?

Sorry, we cannot ship to hotels because of delivery concerns.

I have a voucher, where can I pick up my card?

View the in-city pickup location where you can redeem your voucher.

Can I visit an attraction more than once?

In most cases, you can visit each attraction once per day. Some attractions are valid only once during the life of the card. Please reference your guidebook page for specific information on each attraction.

What is the age cut off for child cards?

Child cards are for children ages 3-12. Most attractions do not charge for children under 3 years old. However, there are some exceptions (especially children's museums and attractions geared toward very young travelers). If you have a child under 3 years old, please check with the attraction directly in advance. You may be charged at the gate.

Can I upgrade to a LEGOLAND and Water Park Ticket?
Yes, for only $12! Please inquire when you are redeeming your Go Orlando Card at a Ticket Window.
Is transportation available to LEGOLAND from Orlando?
Yes, for $5, there is round trip transportation available by reservation. Please refer to the Legoland Florida page.
Do I need to make reservations to visit the attractions?

Attractions that require a reservation will display this symbol on the guidebook page.

Some attractions require a credit card to hold a reservation. In these cases, your credit card will not be charged unless you do not show up for your reservation.

Can I share my Go Orlando Card with a friend, or sell it?

A Go Orlando Card is non-transferrable. Once you start using it, you are the only person who can use it to get into attractions. You must sign the signature strip on the back of the card and you may be asked to present an ID. Go Orlando Cards cannot be re-sold.

If you are traveling with a group, you may be asked to present each member of your group at the ticket window, for proof of ID.

How much will I save?

Compare the price of the card to the gate prices of the attractions to see how much you can save. Many customers save more than 40%.

What’s the catch?

There’s no catch. Go Orlando Card has a partnership with all of the participating attractions to make your visit to Orlando as memorable as possible and to help you save time and money.

I still have questions!

Please feel free to call us at 866‑628‑9036 and we’ll be happy to help you!

Note: You should treat your Go Orlando Card like cash. If it is lost or stolen, it cannot be replaced.

Comments about Smart Destinations Go Orlando Card:

I STARTED BUYING THESE CARDS IN 2010. BEFORE THE NEW IMPROVED ORLANDO CARD, YOU COULD USE CARDS RIGHT UP UNTIL 11:59PM. IN AUG. 2012, I CHOSE TO BUY THE NEW CARDS BECAUSE THEY INCLUDED SEAWORLD. I BOUGHT 4 CARDS. WHEN WE'RE ON VACATION, WE DON'T WAKE UP EARLY. IMAGINE OUR SURPRISE WHEN WE PICKED UP OUR CARDS AT 3PM, WENT INTO OUR 1ST ATTRACTION AT 4PM AND WAS DECLINED FOR OUR NEXT ONE AT 6:05 PM UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT WE HAD THE REST OF THE EVENING TO USE THEM. ALSO THE NEW CARD DIDN'T INCLUDE ARABIAN NITES. SO AFTER SPENDING $680 FOR 4 CARDS, I HAD TO SPEND AN ADDITIONAL $180 FOR ARABIAN NITES SINCE MY FAMILY WANTED TO GO AFTER I TALKED SO MUCH ABOUT IT. THE 6PM CUTOFF RUINED THE REST OF OUR DAYS. I USED TO RECOMMEND THESE TO EVERYONE I KNEW. I STILL WOULD, BUT BEWARE.

Comments about Smart Destinations Go Orlando Card:

This is the second year in a row that my family and I have used the Go Orlando Card. We have a timeshare and are able to visit Orlando every other year and just got frustrated with doing the same thing every time we go. Last year I stumbled upon this and my family and I were skeptical about doing this but we went on ahead and did the three day activity card. By not knowing what to expect we tried to map out what we wanted and sort of missed out on a lot because the things we wanted to do were too far out and some activities required reservations so we stuck to the activities around the corner from our Timeshare. This year we decided to do the three day activity again and was better planned. My suggestion is if anyone wants to travel to another part of Florida, make sure if transportation is available. If not make sure you're well rested and is looking forward to a long drive because two of the activities we chose required a lot of driving. If there's a tour bus that can take you to where you want to go, by all means pay the money because going to an activity is great, but once you're done with a lot of walking and such, driving back is not only a nightmare but it could be dangerous as well. Next time we go to Orlando we will try the card again but will be taking along some extra cash for available transportation.

Comments about Smart Destinations Go Orlando Card:

We split our days up to maximize the savings that way and it worked out great! Wish we would've had more days and more time but we were in Orlando area for 4 days so the 3-day pass was perfect! The first day was I-drive day but it was a lot of walking so we did need the next day to recover -- then we did a Kissimmee day including the FunSpot USA and Boggy Creek, and the last day it rained so it was perfect for the museums! Loved it and will check for every city we visit from now on!! We saved about $75 per person (total of $450 for the group).

Comments about Smart Destinations Go Orlando Card:

The card could be useful if proper information was given and we were informed earlier about the changes. We got a shock when we went to Kennedy Space Station and the card was declined. We spend $130 more after having the Go Orlando card.

Smart Destinations Response: Given this experience, the customer was kind to give us even 2 stars. We did change the product to make Kennedy and either/or bonus with 3 other attractions and this customer got caught in the middle of that change. We are contacting the custom to make up for what happened and to apologize directly for their experience.

GO Card Vacations provide a Great Value
By David from Grand Blanc, MI on
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Comments about Smart Destinations Go Orlando Card:

GO Card vacations provide a great value and allow you to visit attractions you may have missed if it hadn't been included as part of the card. We purchased the 7 day Orlando card a couple of years ago and had a great time. If you do a good job planning out where you want to visit you can really save a lot of money. I wanted to see how much money we saved by using the cards so I added up all of the admission costs for all of the places we visited and it was over $1000 dollars. Keep in mind we only spent a little over $400 dollars for 2 adult GO cards. We did almost every attraction and some we went to more then once. Great value. I have recommended it to several people and we have also used a Chicago GO card. It is great deal but I would encourage everyone to purchase as many days as possible in order to really get the value out of the card. I hope they continue add more cities to their list and I am looking forward to more GO card vacations.

Best deal when going to Orlando!
By pt from St. Paul, MN on
Pros:
Save tons of money, Chance to travel, Great places to go to, Choices of show
Cons:
Pick up from store, EXPIRES,
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Comments about Smart Destinations Go Orlando Card:

I used the pass for the full 7 days that I paid for and loved it. I will do it again when I go back to Orlando. I love how much you save using the pass. While you pay like [$] for 2 passes, when comparing the individual prices of each entrance fee you more than made up for the [$]. Got a chance to go around Florida and see really great things. I really like the variety of shows, zoos, and parks you can go to. The only bad things is that I order thru [...] but didn't get the actual passes until I got to Orlando. Had to wait for the store to open at 9am to pick up the pass and by then it's a little late in the day.
