Gatorland is a 110-acre theme park and wildlife preserve, combining Old Florida charm with exciting new exhibits and entertainment. The park opened as a roadside attraction in 1949. Today, it provides affordable family fun with thousands of alligators and crocodiles!

Gatorland also boasts a petting zoo, nature walk, educational wildlife programs, the world famous Gator Jaw Entrance and Gift Shop, a fantastic restaurant, Gator Gully Splash Park, and much more!

One-of-a-kind reptilian shows include: the Gator Wrestlin' Show, Gator Jumparoo and Up-close Encounters.

The Gator Jumparoo Show features thrills and chills as some of the largest alligators in the world actually jump four to five feet out of the water to retrieve food in this famous, one-of-a-kind show. Learn more about alligators and crocodiles and their awesome powers. Watch as giant alligators jump high enough out of the water to actually snatch food from the trainer's hand!

Gator Wrestlin' is the unique alligator wrestling show done "Florida Cracker" style in a shaded 800 seat Gatorland stadium. Gator wranglers catch a 6 to 8 foot alligator by hand and climb onto the snapping animal's back to point out survival features to the audience. After doing stunts that only a few are brave enough to try, the alligator is rolled over and put to sleep...only to be awakened by a tickle!

At Upclose Encounters you never know what kind of animal you might be introduced to. You'll get to meet fascinating creatures from around the globe as well as Florida's native wildlife, including some of the most dangerous snakes alive.

The Go Orlando Card is the best choice for maximum savings and flexibility. Your pass includes Gatorland: The Alligator Capital of the World tickets, plus admission to dozens more top attractions.

There was lots included with our Go-Select pass for Gatorland. It was a lot of walking, but it had a very rustic-vibe. Feeding the gators ws a lot of fun, but watch out! The wild birds are MEAN! Take the nature walk to the far right side of the park - it was absolutely stunning.

This is the most amazing places around to see birds nesting and being born. You can get up close and personal with brand new babies. Got great pictures of the new babies and the parents in action. It's incredible! Enjoy!

The shows were very entertaining. We liked reading the stories of each alligator. Included with the admission was alligator food and a train ride. We took advantage of both. My daughter saved her food for the "loners" in the breeding marsh. She liked finding the ones that were hiding under the bridges and among the trees. The park has a very natural environmental feel to it.
