Other free gifts, coupons, and discounts in gift shops and restaurants await. The Go Miami Card’s free accompanying color Guidebook describes all options and provides maps and city tips.
Visitors can purchase the Go Miami Card online at www.GoMiamiCard.com or through any of Smart Destinations’ global distribution partners. The card is an included component in a number of hotel packages and weekend getaways and marketed as a valuable add-on for meeting and convention delegates. Locally, the card is available at the Miami Beach Visitor Center, 1920 Meridian Avenue, Miami Beach, at (305) 672-1270. Hours are from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Miami is the seventh U.S. city to feature the Card. The Go Boston ™ Card debuted in 2003, and the Go San Francisco ™ Card launched in 2004. The rapid success of those products attracted the attention of Zon Capital Partners and North Hill Ventures, the venture arm of Capital One, with investments supporting major expansion this year. Attraction partners appreciate not only the Card’s track record, but the ease in Smart Destinations’ advanced paperless technology, with ongoing, detailed reports about usage and automatic, on-time payment, and its wide global distribution networks in more than 25 countries.
