From Asheville, NC, follow Highway 74A east 25 miles, or from the Blue Ridge Parkway at Milepost 384.7, follow Highway 74A east 20 miles. From Hendersonville, NC, follow Highway 64 east 18 miles to the entrance of the Park. The Park entrance will be on your right.

Directions:

From Asheville, take I-40 West toward Knoxville, TN. Take exit 27 onto US 74 West toward Waynesville. Located 50 miles down this road. Stay on 74 West, which is the left lane. Go 5 miles. On the last descent you will see a yellow caution sign on the right indicating you are entering the Nantahala Gorge. Just after the sign you will see the Nantahala River. Turn right across the concrete bridge spanning the river.
