I can honestly say that this was our worst purchase in our 1 months stay in Califronia and if you are thinking about having one of these dont. The main reason is that San Diego has so many things to offer that these cards cant. The only time we used the card which was worth it was Sea World and San Diego Zoo which are the main attractions. Belmonte park was an attraction that we wanted to go to but it was a complete dump. I would say just pay on the day for the zoo and Sea World, visit the beach, do waterports on Mission Bay, bike around La Jolla, Hire 'Segways' along the beaches, visit the gaslamp quarter. You really dont need one of these- on the otherhand the Los Angles Go Card was brillant!

I found the site on internet. I didn't know what to think about but I try and I wasn't desapointed. I bought the 5 days San diego pass. I did things that I would not do like surfing and karting. We try to use the maximum of the card by planning our days in advance so we do a lot of attractions in a same day. First day : hollywood (kodak theater, behind the scene, hollywood museaum) and Legoland (entering before 5:30 pm so we had to 8 pm. Enough with a young kid Second day: Tijuana tour (couldn't do anything else because I took us 3 hours to come back) Third day : downtown San diego ( USS Midway, Go card, cruise in the bay, Wild Animal Park :entering at 5:00 pm) Fourth day : Sea world Fifth day : surfing, try few attraction at belmont park (not impressive) Zoo of san diego

Going on vacation on budget is tough so I did tons of research before our trip. I got the 2 day pass and it rocked! We got to enjoy Lego land, the Wild Animal Park, the US MIdway Museum, the San Diego Go Karts. It was a lot of go but tons of fun.
Comments about Smart Destinations Go San Diego Card:
Some events are strictly family oriented. Ratings would have been useful. Overall I was very satisfied with the entire process.

Comments about Smart Destinations Go San Diego Card:
We did our research about how to best use this card. We purchased a 3 day pass and were very satisfied with our pre-planning efforts. The one very big disapointment was that upon arrival at Legoland we were prepared to pay an extra $9 per person to enter the water park. The park now charges $12 per person. The difference in cost was not so consequential if the Legoland Water Park would have been anything to rave about. It looked to be still under new construction was quite disappointing for the additional $48. This is not necessarily a fault of Go San Diego card, but Legoland promotion.

Comments about Smart Destinations Go San Diego Card:
we went to Sea World, legoland, san diego zoo, and Belmont park. Easy to use. Things that weren't great was you never got a straight answer on how to use it, that's why I am telling you go to ticket booth
Comments about Smart Destinations Go San Diego Card:
Show your GO card at each ticket booths to exchange it for a ticket. That was the down side of it all. Would be nice to be able to skip the lines and go straight into the parks. Other then that this card was well worth it! You didnt have to worry about having cash on hand or racking up your credit cards since everything was already paid for!
Comments about Smart Destinations Go San Diego Card:
There is no torouble whatsoever to enter any place that comes with the go card, you just go to the custumer service, and they give you your corresponding tickets, as simple as that!!! Since there are a lot of places that the card offers, we were able to visit lots of places, places maybe you would normally skip on a long trip (like ours). With this card we visited 3 museums in one day at the Balboa Park. Went to Sea world Twice, Lego Land, The wild Animal Park.. it was an amazing trip!

Comments about Smart Destinations Go San Diego Card:
Borders Perks redirected me to Smart Destinations for the Go Access Card. No where did it say that I could not use the 2 day for Seaworld. I didn't find out until I received the cards with the book. My family was very upset. The kids even more so because they were looking forward to the trip. If you add up the entry cost for any of the other locations with Legoland, you will find that it is cheaper to go through the entry gate at the attraction itself. They have so many offers like kids free with adult admission. I told all my friends not to buy this card and I do not recommend to anyone.
