The original Tent City, which operated from 1900 to 1939 at the foot of the Hotel del Coronado, was a popular summer vacation resort for families from around the nation. Tent City Restaurant celebrates that unique era in Coronado's history. Like its namesake, the atmosphere is casual and sophisticated without the fuss. The cuisine is 'California Eclectic,' with a focus on freshness: sensational salads, great daily specials, grilled seafood, chicken and steaks nightly, decadent desserts, and full bar and select wines.
