Your choice: Enjoy a 1 hour FlowRider “ride the wave” session , or the use of the gym, Historic Plunge Pool, and group classes. You can choose one of these offers per day.

The FlowRider is ideal for family participants 42” or taller. Parents, daughters and sons can experience the thrill of riding a wave in a safe and controlled environment (no depth greater than 3 inches). The FlowRider allows anyone to enjoy the excitement and thrill of ‘catching and riding a wave regardless of one’s skill level. The beachfront gym facilities and indoor Olympic Pool at the Wavehouse are also a great place to come and exercise.

Sessions start at the top of each hour. Hours subject to change without notice. Go San Diego Card offers available until 5:30 pm daily.

Your choice of 1 hour FloRider session OR use of the gym, Olympic pool, and group classes with the Go San Diego Card (one offer per day).

For FlowRider: Proceed to Wave Desk to fill out liability forms and to check availability. Must present a valid picture ID to register. We recommend calling ahead for reservations. Availability is best before noon.

Coolest thing in San Diego!!

Comments about Smart Destinations Wave House Athletic Club:

LOVE this venue!!! So much fun and right on the beach, great people watching! Learn to surf - great for guys and girls and they even have a hot tub to relax and stay warm after your surf lessons! Use with Belmont Park on the Go San Diego Card for a fun and different kind of beach day. Great spot for drinks and food. We even brought our little toddler and he had a blast dancing while my husband did the wave simulator. We had a blast!
