It’s part cruise, part thrill-ride, and RocketBoat will give you an adrenaline-pumping rush. Please note that riders should be free from high blood pressure, heart, back and neck problems, osteoporosis, motion sickness or any condition that could be aggravated by a high-speed ride. The RocketBoat ride is 30 minutes long, and seats are given as passengers arrive, so if you are hoping for a back or front seat, do arrive early! Passengers seated in the back of the boat are most likely to get wet, but the Blue & Gold crew will distribute free ponchos upon request to anyone who wants to stay dry. While San Francisco is beautiful in the spring it can be cold and foggy in summertime, so riders should bring a jacket due to possible strong winds. Be sure to check with the company before your ride to be sure the day’s sails haven’t been cancelled due to poor weather. There is no drinking or eating allowed on board RocketBoat.
Rocket Boat zips passengers back and forth; doing full 360s and zooming past other boats (feel free to make faces as you fly by!) The crew of Rocket Boat make the ride super-fun, playing rock music on the speakers and making sure everyone has a great time…you can even put your thumbs in the air to signal “go faster” to the captain! The boat feels like it’s flying over the water, and passengers rave about the ride in web reviews.
Enjoy your thrilling and heart-pumping ride on San Francisco Bay with Blue & Gold’s RocketBoat, and be the envy of everyone else on the bay!
