Wine tasting and Biking all in one day
By Friends from LA from LA, CA on 3/1/2011
Pros:
Easy Safe Convenient
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Comments about Smart Destinations Bay City Bike Rental and Tours:

We did a double whammy - we used the bike rental on the Go Card to get over to Sausalito where we enjoyed wine tasting on the Go Card. It was so convenient because we did not have time to go to Napa and we were able to try a variety of wines at this tasting room. They provided us with everything - locks, helmuts and maps we did not have to worry about anything.

A MUST DO!!!!
By Star from Texas on 10/7/2010
Pros:
Easy to find locations, Bike where you want, Rent bike each day
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Comments about Smart Destinations Bay City Bike Rental and Tours:

THIS IS SUCH A MUST DO!! My husband at first was not to keen on going on a ride. We are 29 years old and in good shape, he was just not liking the fact of riding a bike through busy S.F. Well, needless to say we ended up getting bikes for three days, he enjoyed it. The shop gives you maps and on those maps are different tours you can take on your own. If you have the time and the energy, its an awesome ride to Sausilito and into the mountians. We had the 7 day GO S.F. Card and we were able to rent a bike for each day that you have the valid card. It saved alot of gas, time, and not to mention money..its expensive for parking!!

Biking over the Golden Gate Bridge
By Fun in San Francisco from Dallas, TX on 8/1/2010
Pros:
Easy to rent, Good Bikes
Cons:
San Francisco Hills, Windy Day
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Comments about Smart Destinations Bay City Bike Rental and Tours:

The Bikes and helmets were very nice for rentals. The clerks at the bike shop chose the right size bikes for my family (husband, three boys) and I to ride. Bay City Bike Rental has several locations, making it easy to rent. I would just suggest choose a day that is less windy, than the one we choose. When you are riding against the wind it is much more difficult to go up hills. Riding over the Golden Gate Bridge was an amazing experience.
