With the sun softly setting on the City by the Bay, get ready to embark on this unforgettable evening tour. Hop aboard the luxurious motor coach for a three hour guided tour and be dazzled by all the wonders of San Francisco. Attractions Include:
The Golden Gate Bridge: This suspension bridge is one of the most internationally recognized symbols of San Francisco, and is said to be the most beautiful and photographed bridges in the world. The American Society of Civil Engineers declared it to be one of the Wonders of the Modern World. The gorgeous orange color was originally used as a sealant for the bridge. The US Navy requested it be painted black and yellow to ensure visibility by passing ships, but the orange was a hit, and so it remained. Featured in hundreds of films and television shows, your San Francisco experience just isn’t complete without a visit to the Golden Gate Bridge.
Fisherman’s Wharf: Receiving its name from the city’s early days during the Gold Rush when Italian immigrant fishermen settled in, it remains today the site of San Francisco’s fishing fleet. Fisherman’s Wharf is home to Ghirardelli Square and the Cannery Shopping Center, as well as dozens of seafood restaurants.
North Beach: A neighborhood in northeast San Francisco, this area is known as Little Italy, having historically been home to a large Italian American population. The area is no longer a beach, as it’s coast was filled in with landfill around the late 19th century. North Beach was once home to Marilyn Monroe, Joe Dimaggio, Jack Kerouac, and many other talents.
