Where can I buy a Go Blue Ridge Card?

You can find directions and a map for our local purchase locations at the In City Pickup and Purchase Locations screen.

You may also buy a Go Blue Ridge Card directly here on this Web site. Affordable standard shipping takes up to 10 days from our Boston, MA operations center, so make sure you order in advance for your trip. Express shipping is available for a small additional cost.

In City Purchase Locations pricing may not be the same as online prices. Online Sale prices are NOT offered at In City Purchase locations

I bought the card(s) online and have printed out my voucher. Where do I pick up my order?

You can find directions and a map for our voucher redemption locations at the In City Pickup and Purchase Locations screen.

Is the Biltmore included and when can I visit?

The Biltmore is included. You can visit the Biltmore one time only with your card. Entry is valid 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Your card must be valid at the time it is used for entry at the Biltmore.

Where is the location to pick up the Gray Line Trolley Tour of Asheville?

The only designated Go Blue Ridge trolley pick up location is then Asheville Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Center located at 36 Montford Avenue., near downtown Asheville.

How far away are the attractions from each other?

It is easy to experience the area's best activities on a multi-day Go Blue Ridge Card. Different areas and/or attractions can be visited each day. Attractions are grouped fairly close to each other.

You'll maximize your value and fun by planning ahead. Each attraction guidebook page provides address information, directions, websites, and phone numbers to help you plan. The guidebook itself lists attractions by region.

Do the rafting and tubing attractions have facilities for changing?

Yes, at all of the rafting and tubing attractions there are change room facilities.

Can I go rafting and jet boating in the same day?

If you choose to jet boat one day you must go rafting on another day and vice versa. Both activities cannot be done on the same day.

Are Go Blue Ridge attractions open year-round?

Yes, many attractions are open year-round. There is fun to be had throughout the seasons, Please refer to each individual attractions guidebook page for operating season.

Do any attractions require reservations and if so, how do I make a reservation?

Yes, there are some attractions that require reservations.

Telephone numbers are listed on their guidebook page with description of service. Please mention that you have a Go Blue Ridge Card at time of reservation. All tours are subject to availability at the time of booking and the attraction may ask for a credit card to hold the reservation. NOTE: Your Go Blue Ridge Card must be valid the day of all tours and excursions.

General Go City Card questions

What is a Go City Card?

A Go City Card is a multi-attraction pass providing you the most choice at the best value. Included attraction admissions are free. You get to create your own experience, tailoring your activities based on what you like to do, while also enjoying tremendous savings with exclusive deals and savings.

It works somewhat similar to a day at an amusement park, except that with a Go Blue Ridge Card, much of a city is your own personal park! You pay one price and then get to try as many different activities as you like. No need to buy tickets to each attraction.

What's the catch? How can you offer all this at such an affordable price?

Because we bring a very large number of visitors to each of our attraction partners, we are able to get great pricing on each admission, allowing us to pass the savings on to you when using a Go City Card.

How does the Go City Card work?

All you have to do is present your Go City Card at a participating attraction and you get in FREE. The Go City Card is valid for 14 days from first use-your days do NOT need to be used consecutively. The first attraction visited will activate the days purchased on your Go City Card. For instance, a 3-day card activated on a Monday would be valid for Monday and 2 other days of your choice within 2 weeks. Admission to all listed attractions is included in the card. You can visit any attraction once per day per the life of your card, unless otherwise noted. Every person (ages 3 and up) in your group must have a Go City Card to take advantage of the free admissions.

Does my card expire?

Your first attraction visit must occur within one (1) year following the calendar year in which your card is purchased. For example: cards purchased this year will expire on December 31 the following year.

How do I know which attractions to visit?

Each order receives a Go Guidebook. This full color guidebook is your resource for creating your own tailor-made experience and includes attraction descriptions, hours of operation, directions and much more. You can also request an interactive Flash version of the guidebook. You can also learn about the city by checking out our travel blog.

How do I get a value out of a Go City Card?

We recognize when traveling that value, choice, and flexibility are important. Combining the included attraction admissions with the available shopping and dining savings is sure to help you maximize your value. If I purchase online, how do I get my cards?

When placing your order online, you have the option of:

• Shipping the card(s) and accompanying guidebook to you before you travel
• Printing a voucher and picking up your card(s) and guidebook once in your destination

We recommend having your order shipped, so you can better plan your trip and maximize your fun and value. Economical shipping options are listed as you purchase. If you choose to pick up your Go City Card in the city, remember to print out your voucher and bring it with you to a local redemption center (a list of places will be provided on the printed voucher).

Do you offer group rates?

We offer special rates for groups of 20 or more. Please contact us for details.

I am going to this area tomorrow. Can I pick the card up in the city?

Absolutely! With our convenient voucher redemption centers, you can order a Go Blue Ridge Card online or by phone, print out your voucher, and pick up your cards and guidebook all in the same day. Or if you have more time and would like to plan your trip, you can choose to have them shipped to you in advance.
