You may also buy a Go Boston Card directly here on this Web site. Affordable standard shipping takes up to 10 days from our Boston, MA operations center, so make sure you order in advance for your trip. Express shipping is available for a small additional cost.

- I bought the card online and have printed out my voucher for In-City Pickup. Where do I PICK UP the Cards and Guidebook?

Simply bring your printed voucher to a local redemption center. You can find directions and a map for our local voucher redemption locations at the In City Pickup and Purchase Locations screen.
- If I have a 1-day card, can I still use the card for the 2-day trolley pass?
- Yes, a two-day trolley ticket is included with your Go Boston Card, regardless of the number of Card “days” purchased. It is important to know that picking up your trolley ticket will activate your Go Boston Card, so be sure to pick up your trolley ticket on the day that you plan to visit attractions.
- Do I need to pick up my trolley ticket at a specific location or can I board anywhere with my card?

You must pick up your trolley ticket prior to boarding the Beantown Trolley. Show your Go Boston Card at one of two convienent locations.
City Place: Green Line to Boylston Street stop. Upon exit, take a right on Boylston Street. Make a left on Charles Street. The entrance to City Place is just after P.F. Changs on your left.
Shops at the Prudential Center: Green Line “E” train to Prudential stop.
Once again, it is important to know that picking up your trolley ticket will activate your Go Boston Card, so be sure to pick up your trolley ticket on the day that you plan to visit attractions.
- How do I make a reservation for the Duck Tour?

There are 3 easy ways to use your Go Boston Card to book a Boston Duck Tour. The Boston Duck Tours is a very popular activity that often sells out in advance, especially during the summer season. Making an advance reservation for $3 per person is the only way to guarantee that you will get a seat. Duck Tours accepts reservations up to 30 days prior to your tour.
Choose from the following:
- By phone** up to 30 days in advance at 617-450-0068
- By internet** up to 30 days in advance at www.GoBostonCard.com/reserveducks
- In-person at the Museum of Science ticket location (same day bookings only, space limited to same day availability). Please note that we strongly advise you to show up as early in the day as possible before any remaining tickets sell out. Also you should make advance reservations when possible.
Note: **When booking your tour in advance via the phone or internet, your credit card will be charged $31.50 for each adult reservation and $21.00 for each child reservation, plus the $3 booking fee per person. When you have presented your VALID Go Boston Card at the Museum of Science Ticket Booth, your credit card will be reimbursed in full, less the booking fee (you do not need to have you credit card with you). All bookings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Which other attractions accept advanced reservations?

Note: Your Go Boston Card must be valid the day of all tours and excursions.
- For the Boston Movie Mile Walking Tour and Theater-On-Wheels Tour, advance reservations are not required, but tours may fill up during certain times of the season.
- Reservations are required for the Liberty Fleet Tall Ship Adventures
- Reservations are required for the Sail Boston Tall Ships Harbor Cruise
- Mass Bay Lines Whale Watch accepts advance reservations
- Wrentham Village Premium Outlet excursion requires that you make advanced reservations and arrangements for hotel pick-up.
- Reservations are required for Discover Plymouth’s History – A Walking Tour
- Reservations are required for Jenny Grist Mill
- Reservations are required for the Islander Touring Train

- Customers wishing to make a reservation more than 48-hours in advance for the following tours may do so for a $15 per person fee payable directly to Gray Line. Same day reservations do not incur a fee, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

- What is a Go City Card?

A Go City Card is a multi-attraction pass providing you the most choice at the best value. Included attraction admissions are free. You get to create your own experience, tailoring your activities based on what you like to do, while also enjoying tremendous savings with exclusive deals and savings.
It works somewhat similar to a day at an amusement park, except that with a Go City Card, much of a city is your own personal park! You pay one price and then get to try as many different activities as you like. No need to buy tickets to each attraction.
- What's the catch? How can you offer all this at such an affordable price?
- Because we bring a very large number of visitors to each of our attraction partners, we are able to get great pricing on each admission, allowing us to pass the savings on to you when using a Go City Card.
- How does the Go City Card work?
- All you have to do is present your Go Card at a participating attraction and you get in FREE. The Go City Card is valid for the number of consecutive calendar days purchased. The first attraction visited will activate the days purchased on your Go City Card. For instance, a 3-day card activated on a Monday would be valid for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only. Admission between 9:00am and 5:30pm to all listed attractions is included in the card (certain evening attractions have later hours (see your guidebook for details). You can visit any attraction once per day per the life of your card, unless otherwise noted. Every person (ages 3 and up) in your group must have a Go City Card to take advantage of the free admissions. The Go City Card is not transferable and must be carried by the user at all times.
- Does my card expire?
- Your first attraction visit must occur within one (1) year following the calendar year in which your card is purchased. For example: cards purchased this year will expire on December 31 the following year.
- How do I know which attractions to visit?
- Each order receives a Go City Card Guidebook. This full color guidebook is your resource for creating your own tailor-made experience and includes attraction descriptions, hours of operation, directions and much more. You can also request an interactive Flash version of the guidebook. You can also learn about the city by checking out our travel blog.
- How do I get a value out of a Go City Card?
- We recognize when traveling that value, choice, and flexibility are important. - A two-day trolley ticket is one of the Premier attraction choices with your Boston Explorer Pass. It is one attraction. You MUST pick up your trolley ticket during the valid life of your Boston Explorer Pass. Please remember, your card is activated the first time you use it. This includes picking up your trolley pass.
- Where can I get my trolley tour ticket?
- The designated Boston Explorer Pass trolley tour pick up and starting point is the Gray Line Tours office inside of the Massachusetts Transportation Building (16 S. Charles Street).
- I bought the card(s) online and printed out my voucher. Where do I pick up my order?

You can save on shipping by picking up your cards in the city. When placing your order, just remember to print out your voucher and bring it with you to our local redemption center. If you have already purchased your cards and you chose the option "In City Pickup", you can redeem your voucher at one of the following BOSTIX locations.

- How does the Explorer Pass work?

All you have to do is present your Explorer Pass at a participating attraction and your entry is included (you pay nothing). The Explorer Pass is valid for admission to one Premier attraction and two Signature attractions for a total of three. You can visit each of your selected attractions once.
The pass is activated the first time you use it and you have 30 days to visit your remaining attraction choices. Each Explorer Pass is valid for admission by the cardholder only – you may not bring in multiple guests per pass. However, children under 3 are admitted free of charge. Attraction admissions follow the open operating hours of the attraction.
- Does my pass expire?
- Your first attraction visit must occur within one (1) year following the calendar year in which your card is purchased. Cards purchased this year will expire on December 31 the following year.
