I'm going to Las Vegas tomorrow. Can I still order a Las Vegas Explorer Pass?

Absolutely! With our convenient voucher redemption centers right in Las Vegas, you can order an Explorer Pass on this website, print out your voucher, and pick up your cards in Las Vegas.

Can I buy a Las Vegas Explorer Pass in Las Vegas?

You can find directions and a map for our local purchase locations at the In City Pickup and Purchase Locations screen.

You may also buy a Las Vegas Explorer Pass directly here on this Web site. Affordable standard shipping takes up to 10 days from our Boston, MA operations center, so make sure you order in advance for your trip. Express shipping is available for a small additional cost.

I have a voucher. Where do I pick up the Explorer Pass?

Simply bring your printed voucher to a local redemption center. You can find directions and a map for our local voucher redemption locations at the In City Pickup and Purchase Locations screen.

How do I make reservations for the Main Event selections?

Reservations are required; please call the reservations number 702-456-9200 (daily) at least one day prior to the requested tour. You must leave a credit card number to reserve your space; however, your card will not be charged unless you do not show up. When making your reservation, you will need to give the name of your hotel. This tour is operated by SWEETours. Your SWEETours driver will pick you up at your hotel please have your card with you so the driver can swipe it.

• V: The Ultimate Variety Show with Dinner
  Upon arriving in Las Vegas, visit the Box Office of V Theater located at the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino. We recommend you visit the Box Office with your Explorer Pass as soon as possible to get your choice of performances. Your Explorer Pass will be swiped and you will receive your show ticket and a meal voucher for the participating restaurants. Menus and complete descriptions are available at the V Theater or on our website.

Do I need to reserve tickets for Wild Card show(s) I wish to see?

All Wild Card show tickets are on a first come, first served basis - shows are subject to availability. We suggest that you visit the box office of your preferred show as soon as possible after arriving in Las Vegas and no later than 90 minutes before show time. The Box Office will swipe your Explorer Pass and issue you tickets for your preferred seating time/date. Please note that this will activate your card if it has not already been activated and count as one of your choices.

How do I reserve a seat on the Hoover Dam Tour?

Space on this included tour is on a first come, first served basis. Reservations are required and subject to availability, You can make a reservation by calling 702-456-9200. You must leave a credit card number to reserve your space; however, your card will not be charged unless you do not show up. When making your reservation, you will need to give the name of your hotel for pick up. This tour is operated by SWEETours. Your SWEETours driver will pick you up at your hotel and will swipe your Explorer Pass at that time.

How do I reserve a seat on the Haunted Vegas or Las Vegas Mob Tour?

Space on these included tours is on a first come, first served basis. Reservations are required and subject to availability. You can make a reservation by calling 866-218-4935 and mention your Explorer Pass. You must leave a credit card number to reserve your space, however, your card will not be charged unless you do not show up. Departure Point is from the Royal Resort, 99 Convention Center Drive, Las Vegas. Upon arrival at the Royal Resort, your guide will swipe your Explorer Pass.

Where do I pick up my Vegas Passport Nightclub Sampler and how does this work?

Please present your Explorer Pass at the Prestige Travel Booth 3200 Las Vegas Blvd. South (3rd floor in the Food Court at the Fashion Show Mall). Your card will be swiped at that time and you will receive a package with VIP admission passes to the included nightclubs. Each pass is good for a one time use. You may also choose to upgrade to the Ultimate Club Hopping Package for an additional $60.00. Please note this offer will activate your card and will count as one of your attraction choices. The Ultimate Club Hopping Package includes VIP admission to 20 Vegas Nightclubs with top clubs included.

General Explorer Pass questions

What is an Explorer Pass?

An Explorer Pass is a multi-attraction pass providing you with your choice of three top attractions. You combine Premier and Signature Attractions to create your own experience, tailoring your activities based on what you like to do.

What's the catch? How can you offer all this at such an affordable price?

There is no catch! Because we bring a very large number of visitors to each of our attraction partners, we are able to get great pricing on each admission, allowing us to pass the savings on to you when using an Explorer Pass.

How does the Explorer Pass work?

All you have to do is present your Explorer Pass at a participating attraction and your entry is included (you pay nothing). The Explorer Pass is valid for admission to one Premier attraction and two Signature attractions for a total of three. You can visit each of your selected attractions once.

The pass is activated the first time you use it and you have 30 days to visit your remaining attraction choices. Each Explorer Pass is valid for admission by the cardholder only - you may not bring in multiple guests per pass. However, children under 3 are admitted free of charge. Attraction admissions follow the open operating hours of the attraction.

Does my pass expire?

Your first attraction visit must occur within one (1) year following the calendar year in which your card is purchased. Cards purchased this year will expire on December 31 the following year. Once you activate your Explorer Pass by visiting your first attraction or picking up your trolley pass, you have thirty (30) days to visit your remaining attractions.

How do I get a value out of a Explorer Pass?

We recognize when traveling that value, choice, and flexibility are important. You'll be able to maximize your value and fun by reviewing the included attractions list, from which you choose your favorite attractions, on the website or in your guide. If I purchase online, how do I get my passes?

We'll ship your Explorer Passes to you, the next business day (Monday through Friday) from our Boston, MA operations center so you can better plan your trip and maximize your fun and value. Economical shipping options are listed as you purchase.
When placing your order online, you have the option of:

• Shipping your passes and accompanying guide to you before you travel
• Printing a voucher and picking up your passes and guide once in your destination

We recommend having your order shipped, so you can better plan your trip and maximize your fun and value. If you choose to pick up your pass in the city, remember to print out your voucher and bring it with you to a local redemption center.
