- Where can I buy a Go Miami Card in Miami?

You can find directions and a map for our local purchase locations at the In City Pickup and Purchase Locations screen.
You may also buy a Go Miami Card directly here on this Web site. Affordable standard shipping takes up to 10 days from our Boston, MA operations center, so make sure you order in advance for your trip. Express shipping is available for a small additional cost.
In City Purchase Locations pricing may not be the same as online prices. Online Sale prices are NOT offered at In City Purchase locations
- I bought the card(s) online and have printed out my voucher. Where do I pick up my order?

Simply bring your printed voucher to a local redemption center. You can find directions and a map for our local voucher redemption locations at the In City Pickup and Purchase Locations screen.
- What is included with the Palm Beach Princess Cruise?
- A five hour coastal cruise with an all you can eat buffet, a review show and live band. During the cruise you can gamble (with your own money) at blackjack, craps, roulette, three kinds of poker, sports book wagering, and slot machines. Reservations are required and weekend sailings fill up quickly so make sure to call as soon as you know you want to go. The Go Miami Card is valid on daytime sailings only.
- Do I need to use the Go Miami Card for consecutive days?
- No, the Go Miami Card is valid for the number of days purchased within a fourteen day period.
- There are 3 tours offered on the Go Miami Card, do I need to make reservations?

Yes, please call Infinity Tours (the phone number is listed on the guidebook supplement). Please have your Go Miami Card ready as the serial number is required. All tours require a reservation and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Note: Infinity Tours will ask for a credit card to hold the reservation. Please remember the Key West Tour is only valid as a bonus offer with a 3, 5 or 7-day card.
- How does the bonus work (choice of car rental, Mai Kai Dinner Show or the Key West Tour)?
- If you purchase a 3, 5, or 7-day Go Miami Card, in addition to the standard listing of included attractions you get your choice of one additional attraction. You may choose from a Key West Tour, a 1-day Car Rental, or Mai Kai Dinner Show. This offer is valid once per the life of the card. Your Go Miami card must be valid at the time you take advantage of the offering. For example, if you purchase a 5 day Go Miami Card, the car rental must be used on one of the 5 days the card is used.
- Are there any additional costs with the car rental?
- The Go Miami Card includes the rental fee only. Any taxes, surcharge, and fuel fees are additional and NOT included with the Go Miami Card, therefore the cardholder will be responsible for these additional fees. Please note that there is an additional charge for drivers ages 21-24.

- What is a Go City Card?

A Go City Card is a multi-attraction pass providing you the most choice at the best value. Included attraction admissions are free. You get to create your own experience, tailoring your activities based on what you like to do, while also enjoying tremendous savings with exclusive deals and savings.
It works somewhat similar to a day at an amusement park, except that with a Go City Card, much of a city is your own personal park! You pay one price and then get to try as many different activities as you like. No need to buy tickets to each attraction.
- What's the catch? How can you offer all this at such an affordable price?
- Because we bring a very large number of visitors to each of our attraction partners, we are able to get great pricing on each admission, allowing us to pass the savings on to you when using a Go City Card.
- How does the Go City Card work?
- All you have to do is present your Go City Card at a participating attraction and you get in FREE. The Go City Card is valid for 14 days from first use-your days do NOT need to be used consecutively. The first attraction visited will activate the days purchased on your Go City Card. For instance, a 3-day card activated on a Monday would be valid for Monday and 2 other days of your choice within 2 weeks. Admission to all listed attractions is included in the card. You can visit any attraction once per day per the life of your card, unless otherwise noted. Every person (ages 3 and up) in your group must have a Go City Card to take advantage of the free admissions.
- Does my card expire?
- Your first attraction visit must occur within one (1) year following the calendar year in which your card is purchased. For example: cards purchased this year will expire on December 31 the following year.
- How do I know which attractions to visit?
- Each order receives a Go City Card Guidebook. This full color guidebook is your resource for creating your own tailor-made experience and includes attraction descriptions, hours of operation, directions and much more. You can also request an interactive Flash version of the guidebook. You can also learn about the city by checking out our travel blog.
- How do I get a value out of a Go City Card?
- We recognize when traveling that value, choice, and flexibility are important. Combining the included attraction admissions with the available shopping and dining savings is sure to help you maximize your value. - If I purchase online, how do I get my cards?
- When placing your order online, you have the option of:
- Shipping the card(s) and accompanying guidebook to you before you travel
- Printing a voucher and picking up your card(s) and guidebook once in your destination
- Do you offer group rates?
- We offer special rates for groups of 20 or more. Please contact us for details.
- I am going to this area tomorrow. Can I still order a Go City Card?
- Absolutely! With our convenient voucher redemption centers, you can order a Go Card, print out your voucher, and pick up your cards and guidebook all in the same day. Or if you have more time and would like to plan your trip, you can choose to have them shipped to you in advance.
- Are there Go City Cards for other cities?
- Yes - We offer Go City Cards in Boston, Chicago, Oahu, Los Angeles, Maui, Miami, Orlando, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, and Toronto.

- You can buy a Miami Explorer Pass directly here on our website. Or, you could choose to use our In-City Pickup (only a $4 charge): you will simply need to print a paper voucher and bring it to our Miami redemption center. - How often do the Island Queen cruises run?
- Cruises usually run on the hour every hour but times may vary. Please be at the ticket booth 30 minutes before your desired cruise. Please remember, you have a choice of either the Island Queen Millionaire's Row Cruise or the Bayside Blaster. If you choose to do both, this will be considered 2 of your three choices.
- Do I need a reservation for the Miami Duck Tours?
- Reservations are not required, but tours do fill up quickly. Street parking and pay lots are available in the vicinity. Tours are usually on the hour but times may vary.
- Do I need a car to get around?
- Most of the attractions are available by local bus but the easiest and most convenient way to explore this diverse city is by car. For help planning a trip using public transportation, visit go.miamidade.gov or call 305-770-3131.

- What is an Explorer Pass?
- An Explorer Pass is a multi-attraction pass providing you with your choice of some of our most popular top attractions in our Explorer Pass destinations. You can decide what attractions to see on the fly to create your own exploration, tailoring your activities based on what you like to do. The best part? You have 30 days from your first use to complete your Explorer Pass experience, giving you the ability to fit attractions into your schedule and maximize your card value.
- What's the catch? How can you offer all this at such an affordable price?
- There is no catch! Because we bring a very large number of visitors to each of our attraction partners, we are able to get great pricing on each admission, allowing us to pass the savings on to you when using an Explorer Pass.
- How does the Explorer Pass work?

All you have to do is present your Explorer Pass at a participating attraction and your entry is included (you pay nothing). The Explorer Pass is valid for admission to one Premier attraction and two Signature attractions for a total of three. You can visit each of your selected attractions once.
The pass is activated the first time you use it and you have 30 days to visit your remaining attraction choices. Each Explorer Pass is valid for admission by the cardholder only - you may not bring in multiple guests per pass. However, children under 3 are admitted free of charge. Attraction admissions follow the open operating hours of the attraction.
- Does my pass expire?
